A beautiful 2 story plus 3rd story loft home; this home features 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Designed for everybody's comfort, it's almost as if you have two living areas between the ground floor and the upper two floors. Starting on the ground floor, you have 2 bedrooms and a shared bath. In addition, there is a 2nd living room AND 2nd kitchen on the ground level - ensuring multiple families or groups have all the same conveniences!

On the main floor, is an open common area where the kitchen, dining, and living area are all centrally located. You have the "official" master as well as a 2nd guest bedroom on this floor. The master has its own ensuite with full bath - while the 2nd bathroom on the main floor is convenient to both guests in the 2nd bedroom and for easy access for all of your guests from common areas. As a bonus, there is also a washer and dryer located on the main floor for your use and convenience.

Upstairs is the loft area, which can function as a third master bedroom - featuring 2 queen beds and a full bathroom for total convenience and privacy! Not only do you have this extra space - but also stunning views looking out over the Village and Slopes from the loft windows!

Inside isn't the only area that is sure to make you feel at home! There is a large porch and sitting area out back for your enjoyment. Whether taking in the picture perfect Northern Michigan Summers, or hitting the slopes and playing hard on winter days, this home offers something for everyone in your group. Overall, a very pleasant stay at our 3 floor condo unit at Boyne Mountain area. The unit was spacious, clean, had kitchens on 2 floors. Lots to do in the area, lakes and golf nearby.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. So clean and spacious! It felt very inviting! Renee was easy to get ahold of and replied very quickly! Location was perfect for us! Only downside was parking, it filled fast, nothing open by the condo.

Weekend Family Stay

We stayed for a weekend with our three kids and six grandkids! Had a great time skiing, at the water park and just hanging out at the condo. Unit was perfect for our family - the kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to make our meals. Everything was clean and we had a wonderful weekend.

Great Ski Weekend for 12!

Everything went well overall with the rental for a group of 12. Check in and communication was great. The description of the property was accurate, but would have been better if they explained how to best get to the ski lifts/runs and explained better the layout of the rooms. We had one small issue where the stove for one of the ovens didn't work at first, but we were able to plug it back in and have it work again.

Ringing in the New Year at Boyne!

748 Disciples was as described. Parking is located in front of the unit. Check In was easy with code and a text when the unit was ready. The unit was very clean. The bedrooms were spacious. The basement unit was a fun space for the young adults to hang out and having the 2nd kitchen was a bonus as we were a large group and chose to cook each meal in the unit. Both kitchens had everything we needed to make those meals happen. The kitchen table was the perfect size for board & card games. The TV was located on the wall, above the fireplace, so easy viewing for college football games. Quick walk to the slopes made it easy for skiers to come and go as they please. It was also a quick walk to the resort which made it easy to join in on the resort fun. We did need make 1 service call and was resolved promptly. The gentleman who came, to the unit, was professional and very kind. We had a great long weekend ringing in the New Year at Boyne. We enjoyed the skiing, tubing, mountain side fireworks, and food trucks for snacks. The waffle truck was a huge hit. The DJ, located at the bottom, of the slope was fun & festive and picnic tables were the perfect spot for a beer and or hot chocolate. The lift lines moved quickly and the staff organizing the lines were fun & professional. We had the perfect stay and enjoyed our time with friends!

Excellent Rental Property Experience!

My family and I were in town for a wedding reception and this property was perfect for our weekend getaway. It easily housed all 15 of our guests with room to spare. Amenities were modern and clean. Porch in the back was great for entertainment. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting family in the area!

Family Vacation

This is our third year in Boyne Mountain celebrating our wedding anniversary and we’ve stayed at different condos every year but 748 has been the best by far of all of them! We were very much comfortable and truly would love to stay at the same location next year!

Great condo

What a great place to get away for our early family Christmas with cousins! Condo was well stocked. We cooked in the entire time (due to Covid) and the kitchens had everything we needed! Beds were comfy and we had more than enough room to spread out. Short walk to the slopes to ski in/out. Would definitely recommend!
