This was my second time stay at this location. Great views and great food. Our room was 110. It was clean and well furnished but the bathroom sink drained slow and the jets on the spa tub wouldn’t stay on.������������ This was one of the main reasons for coming back. It only ran if you held the on button pushed in. There’s was no number to call nor was anyone in the office during our stay to report this to. TV was cable only. We had no way to binge watch our favorite shows on Netflix or Hulu.

Vacation Trip to Traverse City

We spent two nights here for our 30th anniversary. The location was perfect for our minivacation. The space was in great condition, quiet, remote, and serene. The only issue was a broken garbage disposal which created an awful smell of something stuck in the drain. Unable to clear it out with water and soap we eventually just plugged the drain with the plug. Also the toilet had a leak internally, which made it run just a little every 10 minutes or so. These simple repairs would truly make this rental perfect for future vacationers.

Cute...but needs some cleaning (dust cakes on grates) fresh paint, cracks in tub need to be addressed and new pots. The bed was great.

Awesome Experience

For us, this condo was the perfect getaway experience. It’s clean, comfortable and has the amenities that we need to make the stay easy and enjoyable. But the feature that makes this condo wonderful is the walkout access to the beach. We could take a leisurely walk down the beach after breakfast each morning. Easy access to a Traverse City or just hop on US 31 North to wander up to Charlevoix & beyond. We’ll definitely be coming back to this condo again & again.

Our Beach vacation 2021

Good overall but the unit needed some repairs and needs update on kitchen ware such as the coffee brewer. The condo unit 110 was too close to a wooded area which meant bugs and obstructed view. I was bitten by a poison our spider which required medical treatment. You should spray for spiders and insects.

Excellent!

The condo was very clean. Walked out to the beach. It was better than expected. Down the street was every restaurant we think of ordering from and bringing it back to the condo. Bathroom was roomy. The staff was very friendly. We’ll be back!

The Condo was very nice, clean and had all everything we needed. The location of the complex was also very good, the only drawback was that our unit was on the first floor and the bedroom was on the street side (and near the traffic light) so the noise during the night was pretty loud.

Good location

Great spot if you want to stay near town. Tidy but not the cleanest.

Beach front condo

The stay in the condo was amazing! It was spotless. They left suggestions of nearby places to eat. The bed was comfy. Beautiful patio overlooking the beach. A few steps out to the beach and even a feet sprayer to clean your feet before coming in. The condo is also very close to anything you might want to do. Its a beautiful condo and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again if in the area. Thank you.

Traverse City Beachfront

Unit 110 was updated compared to some of the other units very clean a wonderful view .This was a end ground floor unit close to handicap parking . However, the TV in the bedroom did not work all the time we were there I think this is a on going problem with several of the units I talked to the office several times about the problem with no good answer. The office personal was very nice about it but problem was not solved during my stay . I would stay there again. This was one of the few beachfront locations that actually had a beach this year That was very nice.

We have stay at The Beach for several different occasions through the years. And this is the first time I was disappointed. The Room we stayed at was not very clean. The was dirt on the floor before we got in. It looked as if the oven had never been cleaned. Tina

Stay at the Beach Condo's, Howell family rented 4 units

Great location, Poor maintenance. My family has been using this for over 20 years. The exterior is poorly maintained, our sliding door kept falling off even after maintenance repaired it.Dish washer did not work for first week until it was replaced, Hot water tank making sounds and needs to be replaced. Rates keep going up and the quality seems to be going down.
