Welcome to our Beach Condo!

Enjoy 250' of gorgeous sugar sand frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay in Beach Condominium unit #325. Our condo features a King Bed with a Sleeper Sofa, perfect for your guests.

Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, standup shower, private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Dish Network HD Programming and free Wi-Fi access.

The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely.

Great condo for a family trip !

Good distance to parks and attractions. The condo had a very nice kitchen and supplies/equipment. The couch did need to be updated as the pull out bed was broken. Access to the beach was great and the pool was so clean and cleaned every day of our stay.

The condo is exactly as advertised. Being on the third floor was perfect. A beautiful view, some privacy, but not so high up as to induce vertigo! The condo was very clean. Everything seemed new or relatively new. Some folks complain about road noise in this building but this condo unit is on the "pointy end" of the building so it is furthest from the road. Plus the pool house, and the elevator shaft are between the unit and the road so the noise was not a factor at all. The location is perfect. A short drive to everything in Traverse City.

Ideal Location with Beach & Lake View

This unit is in a wonderful location and has a great view of the beach and water. It was extremely convenient for our kids to be able to head to the beach while we could watch them from our patio. The pool and hot tub are also a nice amenity and our kids jumped back and forth between the lake and the pool. The location is a short drive from the downtown area. We loved being able to rent boats, kayaks, paddle boards, and jet skis right from the property on a whim. The only things missing compared to other stays we've had through other owners at this location were beach towels and laundry detergent (there was a bottle but it was empty). The carpet in the master bedroom and the pull out couch could also stand to be replaced and cleaned a bit better, but we were very happy with the updated bathroom and very nice tile shower. We found the kitchen well stocked for all of our needs. The host was responsive and it was easy to access the rental unit. We would definitely return. You won't be disappointed in this rental!

Very clean and quiet place. We enjoyed every part of it. The view is breathtaking. Great location for exploring all parts of TC. Downtown, the casino, dining, fishtown, old mission. You name it. Comfortable place and would recommend.

Beach Condo 325, Traverse City, MI

The condo was clean upon arrival. The view was great. We were quickly disappointed when we saw no jetted tub. I specifically asked at the time of booking whether or not there was one and told the unit had one. It was a big feature that we wanted for the colder weather visit. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets were about falling off the hinges so we tightened them up. There was plenty of kitchen items for use for cooking. They could have had cleaning wipes or cleaner available. The elevator was a bit sketchy when going down. Overall the location was good and everything was pretty close.

Great stay!!

Enjoyed the 3 rd floor condo -elevator. Right in the water. Beach on the Bay. Nice pool. Really nice furnishings. Everything that you need in the kitchen. Staff was great. Loved the traverse city area. Lots of golfing and biking. Many vineyards and breweries. Plus great restaurants

The Beach Condominiums have always been one of our families favorite vacations spots. Beautiful, clean beach, pool. This unit was very nice on 3rd floor and. Nicely decorated. All the home feel items you need, including washer & dryer. Great staff!

We have stayed at The Beach for the past 7+ years and have enjoyed it. Disappointed this year as our unit didn't have a screen door and we missed the sounds of the water and beach in general. We are retired and don't use the beautiful beach any longer but still enjoy the beautiful view. It is close to many different activities, impossible to take them all in during one visit. Price went up considerately so this might have been our last visit. I hope not but it's a definite possibility if the price continues to rise so much every year.

Perfect Retreat -

My wife and I had a 2-night getaway to Traverse City and this condo was perfect. It was exactly as described... very clean, very quiet, and great views of East Bay. It was comfortable, easy to get to, and in a great location - a short drive to downtown TC, a short drive to numerous wineries on Old Mission Peninsula. Would highly recommend.

COVID weekend get away

We ventured up to Traverse City to enjoy the fall colors. My husband and I drove through the tunnel of trees which was lovely, then settled into our home away from home. We chose a condo as we wanted to be able to make dinner and settle in without having to go to a restaurant. I must add, we did make it to Moomers! It was the most delicious ice cream ever. The following day we drove up to the Leelanau Peninsula to capture some beautiful views and pictures, stop at a roadside stand for amazing apples and cider and check out the Grand Traverse Lighthouse. We hiked and geocached and had a wonderful time. The condo has a gorgeous view, a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to make a pasta dinner that I brought along. The only drawback was the kitchen faucet was not attached to the sink making washing dishes just a little tricky. Other than that - it was perfect. Did I mention the view?

We have been staying at The Beach for several years and would definitely recommend it. The location is perfect for our needs and we always feel welcome there. We usually stay for 7 nights in the summer, and that makes it quite pricey, but, for now, it is worth it.
