Excellent view

Excellent view of the East bay with a very nice beach front. Condo was very nice. Pool was full of sand and dirty. Hot tub was broken. Lock on the door was difficult to open. Return air vent was very dirty. Overall the condo was very nice with comfortable sleeping. Excellent view

Overall Condo 4 stars, Shower stall 1 star

Very nice condo, nice view and nice furnishings. Theshower stall was another story. No room, you actually had to soap up behind the shower head before rinsing off. The hot / cold faucets took 10 minutes to adjust. Everything else was great and it is in a terrific location. Sand beach in front is perfect for swimming.

We were welcomed and we enjoyed accommodations, and the nice people that served us. The view amazing and we were close to every thing. We will be back and with probably with the rest of the family. We will absolutely return for another stay.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for to have a quiet weekend in TC. It was clean, had a beautiful view, comfortable, easy to get to and it was a good price. It was a great jumping-off for local wine-tasting, shopping, eats and walking on the beach. We appreciate the precautions taken by the complex for our health and safety.

This resort is a little dated. The gals in front office are great. Bed in Bedroom was a sink hole . Like laying in a hole: Needed to be replaced . The oven was a disaster. Not the fault of mgt. The previous renters needed a cleaning charge added to their bill . Like they cooked a roast or some other critter and left a 1/4" of grease on the oven floor. WIFI and TV worked great. Great deal for the money. Again the staff were super cool and accommodating. Super professional .

Great Weekend Getaway

This was our first trip during the pandemic, so we were nervous staying anywhere. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the condo was. The staff was great and location was convenient to all our destinations. We’ll be visiting again.

A consistently satisfying facility.

I have rented several different condos in this facility and they are all slightly different in furniture and such, bu they are always clean and functional. I like having a kitchen. This condo was up to the usual great standard. I recommend The Beach Condos as a destination. Great beach, etc.

Great when there wasn't smoke

Great property and location on the beach. Third year coming to this property without issue. This year there was a large group of 4-5 units that partied on the beach below us. They all smoked. I was sitting on my balcony and smelled cigarette smoke, After looking over the balcony I could see someone below holding a cigarette. There is suppose to be no smoking in the units or in the common areas of the property. I called the desk and they were going to call the unit. Never saw them smoking on the deck but other units did. 10 feet from the building on the beach there were no less than six different people all smoking at the same time. There was just no enforcement or even awareness of what was going on. The other issue is they put there towels on the beach chairs for the entire week (day/night) so few if any chairs were available.

I want to assure you I did make contact with them and gave them a friendly reminder of the smoking terms. I would have hoped they did in fact listen. I am also sorry that the chair on the beach are first come. I would hope that guests would share with one another, it was difficult with the social distancing we had to experience and the amount of seating we could have. Great condo except for the bed.

This was a perfect central location for our long weekend trip. You can’t beat the views of the bay! The high ceilings make the one bedroom condo feel very spacious and roomy. All was well until it was time to go to bed. I literally sunk into the king mattress as soon as I sat on it and it felt as though I was sleeping in a sling all night. I let the managment office know, understanding that there was probably nothing that could be done. I went and bought an air mattress which was 100% more comfortable and I got a much better night’s sleep. Another guest was sleeping on the pull out and that was a sunken-in mattress as well. We were really disappointed.
