Take in the beauty of Lake Michigan when you stay at this stunning home, designed for those special gatherings with friends and family. The property has 150’ of sandy shoreline, nestled on a private wooded one-acre lot, and accommodates up to 12 guests.
The gorgeous Chef’s kitchen, with island seating, opens to the spacious kitchen nook and dining room; All of which have spectacular views of the lake and can comfortably seat up to 16 adults. Off the kitchen is the large living area with panoramic views of the lake, a large fireplace, and television.
The main floor has three bathrooms and three bedrooms including the master suite. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The lower level features another large living area with a television, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a game room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. One of the bedrooms downstairs has a queen and the other has a king. Plus, four of the five bedrooms are lakeside so you can peacefully dream to the sounds of the tides.
Outside you can soak up everything beautiful Northern Michigan has to provide. You are sure to enjoy sunsets and lake breezes from the huge deck outfitted with a large teak dining set. For added enjoyment, take a short walk toward the beach and sit at the Adirondack seating around the fire pit.

Pick up the bike trail at the end of the street and you can bike tour as far as Harbor Springs with vast lake blue views on most of the journey.
Nearby Mt. McSauba provides endless possibilities for year round enjoyment with glorious beaches and sand dunes & hiking trails, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, sledding hill and ice rink. This home is also centrally located within one hour of the most popular destinations Northern Michigan offers, such as Mackinaw Island, Traverse City, and Petoskey.
NOTE: Due to short term rental and use occupancy licensing restrictions-This home has a STRICT maximum occupancy of 10. The property is flexible for up to 12 if the additional 2 guests are children under 13.
