Welcome to our Trailside Treasure in Traverse City, Michigan! New to our Vacation Home Rental Program!
Our one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is a perfect location, only 1.6 miles from downtown Traverse city, 2 miles to Clinch Park and walking distance to the iconic Round's Restaurant. Not to mention a few more amazing restaurants, bakeries and a record shop within walking distance.
Plus, we're located right on the TART Trail. The TART is a 10.5 mile trail connecting you to shops, restaurants, recreation areas including a Nature Preserve and several City Parks including Clinch Park Marina and Beach.
Our apartment features a full kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, stove and a dining table for four guests. The one bedroom features a queen bed, with access to the laundry room. The laundry room is also connected to the full bathroom featuring a shower and tub. For additional sleeping arrangements, a sofa sleeper is available in our living room.
Additional items: A secured private entry, private balcony, parking lot and community room.
*A 2-night minimum is required. Holidays may require a 3-night minimum.
