Weekend getaway

We stayed Friday thru Sunday in condo 108 and it was perfect, clean, organized and exactly what we needed. It was myself and 2 teenagers and the condo location is perfect right off the bridge and walking distance down the channel to Lake Michigan beach. All the restaurants and shops are just down the block making it the perfect area. The condo had easy check-in and access 24/7. Our condo was recently remodeled and very clean with comfortable king-size bed and queen sized sofa bed that were perfect. The mini-refrigerator and kitchen were all we needed being out most of the day/evenings. The 1st floor screened in patio was very nice in the evenings to sit-in. We had a great weekend and definitely will be back again! Thank you for a great weekend.

Great location in downtown Charlevoix

Property is showing its age (furniture/bathroom especially) but still in good shape. Our refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out from the last guest, there were open beverages inside and a partially full bottle of wine. Also a hair dryer would have been greatly appreciated ....not even one at the front desk. Also found it odd there was no one at the front desk at night and they don’t arrive until 9:00 am?

Lovely Charlevoix

Of course the best feature of this property is its location, literally steps from downtown. But there is so much more to it. Starting with Heather at the front desk, not only is she friendly & helpful, she is good at many things. Our unit was a good size, clean & nicely stocked. A couple of notes - please add more hangers in the bedroom closet & the wall clock needs a new battery. Other than that, we would highly recommend this property. We hope to return next year.

Loved the location of this rental... within easy walking to all downtown attractions and also close to many regional attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only down side is traffic noise on the patio area.

Wonderful Stay!

Our experience here was amazing. The manager gave us directions to the beach on the first day (super close by the way- perfect!). My son mentioned it was his first time ever going to a beach. A few days later when we checked out the manager had remembered him and stopped and chatted with him. Taking the time to really listen and then interact with us later made an impact. The condo itself was really nice and we enjoyed having more room than in a hotel. The beach, restaurants, and many shops are within walking distance. No complaints!

Cromwell Charlevoix Mini Vacation

Overall, our stay a Point Nortn was good. But, to be a little picky...The toilet is the 1950's low height. Makes it difficult for a person with some hip issues hard to sit and rise. Suggest upgrading to the new higher standard. The hair dryer parking dock on the wall was faulty, latching mechanism wouldn't hold, dryer kept falling out. Floor and wall base trim around the toilet was not clean. Wall beside the hair dryer had slobber on it. Cleaning crew needs to be observant and thorough.

My husband and I stayed in unit 108 and found it to be very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and helpful. Bonus was being right across from the Stafford's Weathervane Restaurant which had a wonderful atmosphere and some of the best food I have ever eaten!

Annual MI Trip

2018 Vacation in Charlevoix

Only recommendation would be improving the mattress on the sofa bed, my daughters both in their early 20s were very uncomfortable sleeping on this.Very convenient to attend the Venetian Festival activities.

Getaway in Charlevoix

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There were just 2 things that we would change. We had 3 adults in our party and the pull-out sleeper sofa was not even usable because of sharp springs in the mattress. Had to sleep on couch. We also didn’t realize the screened in porch faced the main road with LOTS of traffic noise.

Sharp Unit

It was great. The weather was a little chilly so it would of been nice if the fireplace worked. I see that someone had rented the unit before and also remarked that the fireplace did not work. Also the shower is very small.

Weekend away

We had a really nice time. The jetted tub was awesome, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was walking distance from restaurants, pubs, and cute shops. The only complaint that we had was the "fireplace" was just a space heater under the tv which didn't work.

It was nicely appointed with updates but it has still some old features. The window air conditioners are very noisy. This looks like a motel that has been converted. It was walking distance to town. It was clean and comfortable.
