Suite 111 is a ground floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom including a tub. Small soaps are provided. Suite 111 has a kitchenette all ready for preparing meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a patio that has direct access to our private beach, just a few steps away from downtown.



Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

All the condos at the Water Street Inn in Boyne City have a million dollar view of beautiful Lake Charlevoix, and the added bonus of being just steps away from restaurants, shops, parks. Unit 111 is very nicely appointed and, being on ground level, enables you to just step out the door and onto the beach.

Hidden Diamond for a Gold Price

Great location with a small beach town look and feel. Units are hit and miss as we have stayed in multiple. Be sure to review pictures per unit as they vary in aesthetics. Our unit 111 during this stay was terrific. The staff is terrific. The Unit and the entire grounds are up kept well. Minutes from Boyne mountain as well as many other "goto" spots. I can go on and on but I won't so you will just have to check it out for yourself.

The location was perfect for walking and not too far to visit neighboring cities. The unit was beautiful and clean. There were plenty of other people staying there but you wouldn’t know it from how peaceful and quiet it was. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed here five or six times and really like the units and the location. There are great roads nearby for my cycling and several good restaurants just a block or two away. And the lake outside the sliding door is pretty nice.

Anniversary trip

The condo was perfect for our two night stay. The location on the water and close to downtown was very convenient. We walked to the local restaurants and shops. It's also close to other towns so makes a great home base. Our unit was decorated very nicely and was very comfortable. We will definitely return!

Beautiful waterfront sunsets, but, not the Inn's best unit.

Stayed 5 days. Took our boat and docked it at the marina. Great location close to town. The beach is narrow due to the high water, but great sand for swimming. Nightly sunsets were awesome. Have stayed in other units and this one has a few big problems. The bed was so firm it threw my back out and the caulk in the tub had turned black and looked horrific.

Ski trip 2020

As always. Water street inn provides the best value for wonderful accommodations. It was clean, cozy and outstanding views. I do wish the fireplaces were actually fireplaces where you could place even a Duraflame log. After a long day of skiing it nice to cozy up to a fire. This fireplace is more like a loud candle. But it seems all units are like this. I’m still giving it 5 stars.

Boyne City Stay

Wonderful Visit

Great Weekend

Stayed for New Years Weekend to ski at Boyne Mountain. The condo was warm and comfortable. It took only 10 minutes in the snow to drive to Boyne and we really enjoyed being able to walk to have dinner and drinks in Boyne City. I bet the view of the lake is beautiful in the summer!

Lake Charlevoix get away

We were very pleased with our stay at 111 Water Street Inn. The condo was clean and well maintained. It was great to walk out the door and be right on the beach. I'm not much of a beach person. I could sit on the patio and my husband could go down for a swim--perfect for both of us

Awesome Location!

We loved our condo on Lake Charlevoix. The location is perfection. Right on the water, steps from the beach, you can walk to anywhere in downtown (bars, restaurants, coffee shops). It was very clean and the daily maid service was excellent.
