The living room provides comfortable seating for up to five guests, making it a great place to relax and unwind.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and is just a short walk from downtown Charlevoix’s dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries.

Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, offering a different experience with every stay. With 48 unique units, a wide range of amenities, and a friendly staff, guests can enjoy a comfortable home-away-from-home in the heart of downtown Charlevoix.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, a guest laundry facility, and a pool with an indoor section open year-round. The outdoor pool is available seasonally from May through October.

Great place to stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The unit is very comfortable, great views and great location. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a great bonus! I only have two critiques... there was sand all over the tile in the kitchen/dining area, but all other areas were clean. The airflow in the bedroom isn't as good as the rest of the unit, so it can be a bit warmer in the bedroom. Overall, I would absolutely stay again!

Best vacation ever!!!

One of the best short vacations ever! My group consisted of a total of 11 occupants of 3 total condos on site at Edgewater. I am the grandfather and had my older kids, their wives and small children. We loved the rooms and the location on the lower level was so conducive to the events of the weekend Venetian festival. Especially watching the fireworks on the patio. My son had one level up and he loved his condo. My son brought his boat up as we are from downstate, Northville, Commerce area. Rooms were impeccably clean. Our end unit 101 was a winner and we will come again. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating and the cleaning staff was also great. It’s a funny comment but it had the best shower. Super great pressure and air was nice and cold as well had 90 degree weather!

Great Stay!

We stayed at 112 Edgewater Inn this September and had a fantastic stay! The view is awesome and it was so peaceful sitting out on the porch in the mornings watching the boats go by. We have a crawling baby and were very impressed with how clean the unit was. The sleeper sofa was very comfortable in addition to the king bed. The location was ideal; a short walk to all downtown's shops and restaurants. All in all a great experience, and we would definitely book again!

Very nice apt/condo. Close walk to town and excellent restaurants. Have been coming to Charlevoix for 40 years now, and Edgewater is the spot for us. 112 is very well appointed.

Edgewater Inn Three Day Getaway

Our three day getaway in Charlevoix was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater Inn and would definitely consider staying there again. Although it’s currently undergoing some construction and renovations it didn’t detract from our visit.

Charlevoix View

I tried to book on the Northern Michigan Escapes web site because I had used them for visits to Boyne. It wouldn't let me book, but I was able to use the Edgewater Inn site which looked similar. I called to verify my reservation. Being told what time the front desk closed was helpful. We loved this unit. It was very clean and the view from the deck was fantastic. It was just the 2 of us so only one set of towels per person. The pool did have towels to use. Things were quiet and we were just far enough away from the street to not be bothered with that noise. It was like being on a cruise ship in the lovely port of Charlevoix. We could sit on the deck and watch the yachts go by. The bedroom was small but quiet and dark so sleeping in was great. You could disembark any time and walk to Lake Michigan, downtown shops, and restaurants. The kitchen and small refrigerator were helpful but no dishwasher. The only thing that I couldn't get to work was the hair dryer. I brought my own, so it was fine. It was a quick getaway for our anniversary and was perfect.
