Suite 112 is a ground floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a tub. Suite 112 has a full kitchen all ready for preparing meals, dining table for two, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. Coffee is provided as well as small travel sized soap. The sliding glass door opens to a patio that has direct access to our private beach.



Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Love! Needs a few upgrades

This room was in the perfect location and size for a family of 4. My only complaints are that the pull out couch mattress and the mattress in the bedroom were extremely uncomfortable and desperately need to be replaced! Overall we had a very nice stay and loved the private beach. I would definitely book this room again if the mattresses were replaced

Family Gathering

We had a family reunion at the Inn. It was magical and everyone was very happy with their condo.The views are wonderful and the condos were very clean and comfortable. We stayed in 112, 114, 307 and 314. I also want to mention that Chris was amazing with all her help in finding 4 condos that would work for each family. Country, another gal in the office, did everything she could to make our stay a most pleasant experience. We loved this very special time together. Thank you!

It was easy check in t 5:00PM and the condo floor plan was really nice with access to the lake. It’s really close to downtown restaurants and stores.The lake view was excellent from this location.

Twice and nice

First of all, I appreciate that when we arrived earlier than expected we were allowed to check in to our unit. (Friendly staff thank you)Our unit 112 was meticulously clean and comfortable.The grounds are so well kept and having the chairs on the beach for guests is inviting. This was our second time staying at the Water Street Inn and it was just as nice as the first time. So it’s nice to know that the management is consistent in the care. Thank you.

For the past few years my husband and I have gone to northern Michigan to celebrate our anniversary staying at various locations. Excellent Boyne City Location

Excellent location - Just steps from Lake Charlevoix (fabulous sunsets), and a 5 minute walk to Cafe Sante and Lake Charlevoix Coffee Co. (Boyne City’s Best Restaurant and Coffee Shop). Water Street Inn is run like a hotel with housekeeping as needed. The on- site staff is very friendly and helpful. The unit is similar to hotel room size, but has a full size kitchen (the bathroom is very small with a high sided tub). Thankfully, there is a separate bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Overall, the furnishings are somewhat dated; however, everything is very clean. Boyne City is more laid back than Petoskey and Harbor Springs; but is an excellent base to visit both towns, as well as Charlevoix and the Village of Walloon Lake.

One of our very best vacations

We love visiting this town, and this place was amazing. The bright and cheery rooms in our little condo were exactly what I love the most, and we loved how we had a constant view of the lake through the sliding glass window. I got some great photos through that door. The apartment was lacking in nothing -- absolutely everything we could possibly think of was included somewhere in a drawer or cabinet. Cleaning was immaculate. The landscaping and gardens were gorgeous, and some of the flowers and bushes made for some beautiful foregrounds in my photos of the lake. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful during our stay. The sun sets directly across the lake from you, and there's just no words to express how beautiful it was and how much we enjoyed them. For a different view of the sunset, just take a walk for a block down to the park in the main part of town, and join all of the onlookers while enjoying an evening ice cream cone from one of the local ice cream shops. Many of the restaurants have outdoor seating, which is a huge plus for us. Also, the location of the condos, since they are just a block from town, makes life great for us. Before heading to our destination, I had a couple of questions for our host, and she responded thoroughly and quickly to my messages. Everything was just pretty much perfect, and we hope to be able to return in the future.

Looked just like the pictures, beautifully decorated. Absolutely wonderful view especially of the sunset, gorgeous! Great location, good restaurants right around the corner. Café Santé was delicious. Home at home

We rented the condo so we could host a little get together for Halloween night. Being there one night made me wish we could’ve stayed for 2 or 3, even though this is very close to our home. The view was fantastic, the condo was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to host, and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely consider renting again.

A perfect getaway

This stay could not have been better. The condo was exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. Katie, who checked us in was as sweet and helpful as could be. The setting is beautiful as we sat on the patio watching the sunset every night. You are about 10 yards from the shoreline. Boyne City is walkable from this condo. We especially enjoyed walking to Cafe Sante for dinner. We will definitely return to this condo again.

30th Anniversary Trip

The cleanliness and decor was top notch. Loved the convenience of a private beach, the sunsets, and walking to local shops. The only inconvenience was a couple of times we tried to eat on the patio, and they were tree trimming or cutting grass, but I guess why the grounds are immaculate.

Covid winter get away

We were looking for a nice place on lake that would be close to Boyne Mountain and snowmobile trail. Perfect spot! We enjoyed, snowmobiling, sledding, snoe shoeing in the days then would go back and cook nice meals for dinner and enjoy the condo and view.

Winter Getaway

What a great trip to Boyne City! Perfect place for a winter getaway with kids or as a couple. Good location-near Boyne Mountain, great restaurants, bakery and drinks. Would like to try in the summer months. Recommend to anyone looking to getaway from the stress of 2020!!!!

Great vacation, great place!

The rental was nice and clean. We were on the first floor so we were able to walk right out to the lake side and had an amazing view. Checking in and out was a breeze. Due to COVID, there wasn’t interaction between staff but I liked how you could use the app or call if there were issues. They also provided a lot of items like cookware, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, etc. Perfect amount for a 4 day trip. We will be planning another vacation next year and stay at this property again.

Beautiful view !

Our stay was very nice. I would suggest to lower the nightly rate due to the high water levels as there is hardly any beach access. I sent an email for a discount regarding that but no one replied back. The water came up to the stairs while we were there. It would be nice to walk along the lake. The shower liner wasn't the cleanest. It was dirty. Should be changed often. Some of the dishes That were in the cabinet were dirty as well. Other then that it is very nice !

We are hoping that the water will retreat some next year as these are cycles. I am sorry to hear that the shower curtain and a cabinet needed more attention and we have taken care of the issue.

Cozy, contemporary & comfortable

Great place. Came with my wife and my new born (6 week old). Place was clean welcoming and very convenient with a fully functional kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances. Bathroom was clean and nice. Place was cozy and Well maintained. Visited during early November but place was warm despite the cool weather.

We always go in the winter, but even then the view of the lake is gorgeous and you're so close to town you can walk to all of the little shops and restaurants. Great, but could've been better

We've stayed at the Water Street Inn many times. We love the updated condo! It would've been better if there were room darkening curtains in the bedroom to block the outside security lights. Some of the dishes were dirty and the frying pan had burnt on food on it. So, I made sure I washed everything before we used them.

Work Conference turned to weekend get away

I was going to a conference at Boyne Mountain but didn't really like the idea of staying on the mountain so I ventured out and found Water Street Inn in Boyne City and oh my gosh was I glad I did. The pictures scared me a little because they look kind of outdated, but the condo/apartment I stayed in was completely updated and beautiful! Even in the winter the view was amazing! I absolutely loved it. It was also perfectly located to the shops and restaurants in the city. The only issue I had was I was a little confused when I was checking in because I thought they were condos but it looks like a normal hotel so I wasn't sure I was in the right spot, and there was no one there at 6pm, but it was the off season so I think they leave early. Otherwise I loved everything about it and will definitely be back!
