Suite 114 is a ground-floor suite, completely remodeled and tastefully decorated, with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Small soaps are included. Suite 114 has a kitchenette all ready for in-suite meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private patio that offers direct access to our private beach.



Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.



This unit also has an adjoining door with Suite 115. If you rent both units, we can unlock the door so you will be able to access both units through their living areas.

Boyne Mtn Ski Trip

Beautiful area not far from and easy drive to ski hill. Super friendly and helpful staff! Only negatives were the air conditioning unit that let in a significant amount of freezing cold air. We managed to block it with a blanket and extra pillows (VERY windy night 3/1/25) and couldn't find any hot pads for pulling hot tray out of toaster oven.

This is a nice set up, nice views of the lake and close to Boyne Mountain, very clean and check in was a breeze. We were on the first floor, which is nice for skiing weekends as we didnt have to worry about the elevator or anything.

Wonderfull getaway

The rental was clean, lovely view of the lake. Parking was easy. The beach was easy to get from the rental, it was clean.It was an easy walk to downtown which had good selection of restaurants.We took a day trip to Charlevoix. Visited the Castle Farms.

The Best Get Away!!

This is the cutest and coziest beach rental. I enjoyed watching the sailboats on the lake while sitting on the patio. Close walk to shops, bakery and restaurants. Short drive to the bike trail and Boyne mountain.

Very clean and well appointed. Steps from the beach

Not our first time staying at this property complex. One street away from charming downtown Boyne City. Our condo 114 was very clean, updated and well appointed with all we needed to stay for 4 days. Lots of dishes, glassware and pans. There was a supply of spices.

Another nice stay at Water Street Inn! However, table was a high top and broken (very prompt response from management...thank you!). Also, A/C was quite noisy and could not cool the bedroom (a bit warm at night). Overall a nice unit (clean, bright, well furnished) but would choose another for our next visit.

Excellent accommodations with a very comfortable bed. Location is perfect - sunsets from the porch were beautiful! This was our 3rd time at Water Street Inn. So close to one of our favorite restaurants - Cafe Sante- they even made my husband vegan meals (went there twice!) rental process is easy and efficient. We like to use Boyne City as a base to travel to Petoskey/Charlevoix. Great hikes at Avalanche and the Hill Preserve. Will be back soon!

Lovely, cozy condo!

We had a great time here! The condo was updated, tidy and very nice. My son and I spent a winter outdoors weekend together and really enjoyed coming back to this happy condo. With a beautiful view of the lake and super easy access to town, it was perfect. Everything (heat, water, showers, kitchen appliances, etc) worked well and we felt very comfortable. Thank you!

Lovely condominium hotel with a fabulous view of Lake Charlevoix

We were going to a wine-pairing dinner at Cafe Sante and didn't want to drive home afterwards so we decided to stay at Water Street Inn. It was less than a 5-minute walk to the restaurant so it was a perfect location. Our condo was extremely clean and very well appointed with picture windows facing the lake. Our only area of slight dissatisfaction was that the hot water never got above warm.

We we in Boyne City for one night only. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, quiet, had a beautiful view of the lake and located exactly where we wanted to be, close to downtown Boyne City. Be aware, though, they turn the fireplace off in the summer months, so if you're wanting to snuggle up in front of a fireplace on a cool summer night, it won't happen here. Other than that, we could not have asked for anything better.

Lakeside Retreat

We drove up from Grand Rapids for a wedding in Charlevoix and we were welcomed into a very clean condo with amazing views of Lake Charlevoix. My in-laws joined us and we all want to come back! This is the perfect location for day trips to Charlevoix, Petoskey, even Mackinac City. Plus, Boyne City is so cute and there's plenty to do right in town. We will be back!

Short escape to BC

Water street in is a wonderful property over all ! Perfect location and fantastic water views ! Unit 114 was nice but other units are more comfortable . The king size bed needs some memory foam as it and pillows much too firm. This units been moderately updated and has a nice look .
