Suite 210 is a second-floor suite with a breathtaking view of Lake Charlevoix. An elevator is on site for easy access to all units. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Small soaps are provided. Suite 210 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.



Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

We had a wonderful time at this well-maintained unit on the shoreline of beautiful Lake Charlevoix. It was comfortable and clean. The location is hard to beat. Communication prior to our arrival was clear; the front desk check-in was professional and friendly; and the option of placing used towels outside the door to receive fresh ones worked was much appreciated. Stayed here for the weekend for a wedding. Very nice and clean rental. View from the balcony was wonderful. Beach was nice. No beach towels were provided and you are not allowed to take regular towels out of the unit. Location was amazing. Everything was in walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this unit to anyone staying in Boyne City or surrounding areas.

Perfect Vacation!

This place was perfect for us. The location and proximity to town made our trip perfect. I loved all the details that the owner added and the view was worth a million bucks! The only thing that I would have liked is if they would have provided beach towels for our visit. Coming from out of state did not allow us to bring our own. Not a big deal..but maybe a perk?

Nice - even in the winter!

Very nice clean condo with a fireplace and balcony overlooking lake Charlevoix. Not very big but is quite cozy. Bathroom has jetted tub. Very nice place to stay for a ski-cation. Easy to walk into downtown Boyne City as well.

Boyne City Get-a Way

We loved the Water Street Inn and Boyne City! It was really fun to visit a new city for us. The Inn was lovely! We enjoyed walking to town for dinner and shopping. The lake was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. We accidentally broke the coffee pot and they didn't charge us. Amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunset and boats coming and going from the harbor. We will be back!

Hidden gem!

We pulled into town after a long travel day and no idea where to stay. I called the management at 210 Water Street Inn and they were so helpful to accommodate us. What a pleasant surprise to find out our unit overlooked Lake Charlevoix. How nice to be able to sit on the balcony and relax. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to dinner and have a nice evening. We will be back!

A great property

Having moved to Michigan less than two years ago, we have been looking for a comfortable, quiet, waterfront get-a-way.The unit could have used some updating but was more than adequate...everything we needed was there. It was very clean and comfortable. We liked the fact that there are only 23 units as opposed to a property like Bay Harbor...which was also quite nice.This was one of our best trips since moving and we have booked our return in a couple months.

We loved the condo, however it did need to be updated. It was a little tired looking. The TV was from 1980! The staff were incredible as well as the view and the relation to the restaurants and shops. Cannot wait to book there again.

After a week in Charlevoix, we wanted a few more days up north, so we spent 3 days in Boyne City and loved it. The location was perfect - we walked everywhere in town and only drove to go to dinner in Walloon Lake. The unit was clean and in good condition. My only complaint was that the fireplace was turned off for the summer - and we had some cool nights and would have loved to have used it, but considering the price, location and the beach right below our balcony, it was a minor issue.

Went with my hubby for a getaway weekend. The view was amazing and the room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the little town, still smaller and quiet. But great local entertainment and food options. Couldn't have been happier! Thanks for a great time!
