Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom. With a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.

The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.

The living room has seating for up to 5 guests, and a gas fireplace for added ambience. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Fall family visit

The room exceeded our expectations. Minor issues included hot tub (could not use on Friday morning because water was lukewarm and level was low), and we couldn't tell if we were supposed to make our own coffee in the lobby (I finally did on Thursday morning). Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Lakeside Condo in Charlevoix

This comfy condo had everything we needed for our stay in Charlevoix, and also a beautiful view of the lake. As a bonus, it was right next to the narrow outlet to Lake Michigan, providing a ringside view of the drawbridge and boats coming and going. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed and furniture were comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful. The location was also an easy walk to the downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops, and to the shore of Lake Michigan with its historic lighthouse. We would love to stay here again.

Pleasant and relaxing, great location if running the races. Great view of river. View you could see bridge but not total, which was fine, you could see the boats comeing and going and downtown area. Walking distance to the bars, shops. (Maybe put a Keurig in for coffee, but all good.)

Edgewater Inn Condo #225 Review

Very enjoyable stay, expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. Hotel-like front desk convenience and friendly assistance. The Edgewater Inn is a great location next to downtown. Beautiful lake and harbor views. Our unit was in 5-star condition. We would book again.

Had a fabulous stay here to enjoy the end of the northern Michigan summer! Wish the weather would have been a little more cooperative but the location was perfect! We had everything we needed to watch the boats go in and out of the lake, easily walk to view the sunset on Lake Michigan and check out the shops and restaurants in town!

The BEST condo!

This condo was perfect! The view was amazing and the space was clean! There was no "funky" smells like some places have! We loved having our own home feel while on vacation! It is a close walk to everything downtown and we will definitely be back!
