Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower with handrails and a removable shower head.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating. The living room has seating for up to 5 guests, and a gas fireplace for added ambience. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake. It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

The staff are friendly and helpful, overall the property is clean and welcoming. I consider this to be a premium rental, so more attention to detail is needed. For example, replacing loose toilet handle and sanitizing garbage disposal. The bedroom in this unit is not well ventilated. A ceiling fan would be great or at least a portable fan.

Beautiful view

This was a comfortable condo. The furnishings seemed newer and bed was comfortable. Blackout drapes in bedroom were appreciated. View was spectacular. Condo was very clean. Bath rugs are stained.The kitchen left a bit to be desired with little silverware.

Perfect Location

The location of the resort was great; Walkable to restaurants and shops. The unit we stayed in had a great balcony view of the harbor and was clean and comfortable. Overall I would give this resort 4 stars. The pool was dirty and the whirlpool was not working properly.

Great location

My unit was just as pictured, it was clean and comfortable. Loved the location; the fireplace was nice to have! The pool area is adequate yet the pool towel system is not working...two of three times there were no clean pool towels. The staff was friendly yet unresponsive to a request for towels. All in all a nice place and I would stay there again and recommend to friends.

Fom the welcoming at the front desk, until the sun rise in the morning I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and modern. The pool and sauna were maintained properly. The balcony view was amazing. And the receptionist went out of her way to help in any way possible, including finding a shuttle to take my 20 person family.

Heaven On Earth

Excellent location in Charlevoix, right on Round Lake. Right in the middle of all that is happening in downtown Charlevoix. You can walk everywhere in Charlevoix from this location. Love the location. Check out the Roof Top Bar at Hotel Earl...steps away. You can walk to the Michigan Beach with the Lighthouse...You can walk in the neighborhoods and see all the beautiful homes. I would recommend the Edgewater. The management team was wonderful. Responsive to all my questions. I felt welcome and it was a pleasant stay.
