Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, and a firelog burning fireplace in the living room.

The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.

The living room has seating for up to 4 guests, use a complimentary firelog in the wood burning fireplace to set the ambience. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

The condo was pretty nice. They did have construction going on that I didn’t find out about until 2 days prior to arrival so I couldn’t access the balcony or outdoor pool. Overall pretty good experience.

Edgewater Inn - Unit 232

Unit 232 is fantastic! This was our 3rd time in this unit, and we plan to go back next year. However, the lobby and reception areas of the Edgewater Inn are extremely outdated and could definitely use a makeover!

Love it!

I enjoyed my stay so much! The view is incredible and the price is reasonable for that kind of suite, view and very clean place. They let us check in earlier because we had a wedding and the staff is super nice. I would love to go back there!

Great location, great condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Has great views of Round Lake from the balcony. Can't beat the location, it is one block from downtown Charlevoix. Would definitely stay here again!

Another Great Stay!

Condo was great - we love our unit and have stayed here multiple times! Edgewater Inn’s location is perfect and cannot be beat. Lobby and hallway decor and carpet could definitely use updating to compete with other hotels in the area. Despite that, everything else is great and we will be back next year!

GREAT GETAWAY

WE HAD A VERY NICE STAY. THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD HAVE MADE IT BETTER WAS IF WE HAD A DOOR WALL SCREEN. FOR THE 5 NIGHTS WE WERE THERE....WE COULDN'T LEAVE THE DOOR WALL OPEN TO GET THE FRESH AIR. VERY DISAPPOINTING. LOVE THAT WE CAN WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO ALL ACTIVITIES.

Fantastic Edgewater Condo Getaway

We planned our anniversary get away back in January and decided to base our trip in Charlevoix. We selected the Edgewater Inn for lodging and couldn't have made a better selection. The Inn sits on Round Lake adjacent to the draw bridge between Round Lake and Lake Michigan. The location provides the natural entertainment of passing boats and is in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the marina. The condo was well appointed and spotless. We'll be back

Great condo for our 10 year anniversary! Great location to tour wineries, lake side and cute downtown shopping. Right on the river where you can watch the ferry come in and go out everyday up close from balcony.
