Enjoy this Newly Renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed, a full bathroom with a walk in shower with a removable shower head and hand rails. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa!

The open concept living space, entails a full kitchen with a full size fridge, full size range, dishwasher, a microwave, a dining table with additional seating at the island, and a firelog burning fireplace in the living room.

And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

We've stayed at the Edgewater 30+ times. Last year I gave a rather scathing review as the property and grounds were poorly maintained. Perhaps management took my criticisms to heart; new facade, roof, etc., made for a beautiful new look to the building. The new siding is a great color and looks to be very durable. The unit we stayed in was recently updated; everything was first class. I'm glad to give the stay a 5-star rating.

Nice view, nice room overall Cheap paper products Unnecessarily complicated light switches Mattress is as hard as a brick just FYI which may be what you like Room service is very slow—didn’t get new towels until end of second day; one kitchen towel; one dishwasher pod—gave a feeling of a stingy management; the wood of entrance area needs to be prepped and revarnished Front desk staff very pleasant We enjoyed ourselves but with a minor bit of difference it could be nicer

Beautiful Stay fora Beautiful Weekend Away

We definitely picked the right place to stay for a weekend away for a wedding. The location is so convenient to all the shops and restaurants downtown. We really enjoyed the view with a cup of coffee in the morning. The front desk receptionist was so lovely and helpful. Great stay!

We had a great stay! Edgewater is a nice property with an ideal location and great views. Front desk representative was welcoming and very helpful. The room we selected was clean, updated and had great views of Round Lake, the channel and some of Charlevoix.On-going construction was clearly communicated and did not disrupt our weekend stay aside from not having access to the balcony. Would definitely return!

Wedding weekend

We loved the place. Our room was very clean. We loved being right on the water. Cute balcony. Bathroom was great, bed was super comfortable. The condo could use a box fan to help with noise at night. Need a better wine opener, Another blanket, Kitchen table was super short and chairs on those wheels alittle dangerous. But an amazing stay and would stay there again.

A Fantastic Stay!

The particular condo unit was recently remodeled with a fresh, modern look. The view of the lake was beautiful. We enjoyed walking to and thru downtown and loved sitting at the Vue Wine Bar watching the ships come in and out from / to Lake Michigan. Can't wait to go back!
