Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower with hand rails and a removable shower head. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, a microwave, and a gas fireplace in the living room. Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Charlevoix

Other than being quite expensive, the patio door glass was quite streaky and smudgy. Clean cloths and vinegar for this primary feature, please. Room also needs a few larger drinking glasses and reclining deck chairs.

235 Edgewater Inn Review

We have rented this unit twice and the only real complaint that we have is that the mattress needs to be replaced. It's very uncomfortable and the 3 inch memory foam topper doesn't help.

Always nice to be in Charlevoix.

The unit was nice we turned down the refrigerator to the lowest setting and it still kept freezing everything you put in it. Not very handy. The micro did not work. TV still to small for the unit but we enjoy where the condo is located. I am from Clarkston MI not Carston.

I spent a week In your condo,. This is the second time I’ve stayed in the same condo, great location, and I know what to expect when I get there. Great location, great view. It was just perfect for my stay. love the little balcony with the great view.The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were very nice and helpful. Everyone very friendly I will be back again!

Amazing view that cannot be beat. However, the room smelled musty like floor water damage in kitchen? Toilet in bath had a nasty ring around it, and a bed matress that had a huge hump in the middle( needs to be replaced)! Everything else was great!

Blue water views

This location was ideal for views & access to downtown area.The staff were accommodating to brewing early morning coffee in the hallway as our coffee maker only spilled water all over the counter.The front desk staff in the afternoon were very helpful & pleasant & answered all our questions and exchanged our washroom towels for fresh ones.The blinds on the sliding glass doors when closed were missing some slats and some were damaged and the towel rack in the bathroom was missing a towel bar.We really did enjoy our stay and worked around the items mentioned above.The cleaning staff might wish to clean the sliding glass door tracks as build up of debris has developed from your recent balcony work.

Cozy condo

This condo was everything needed for a nice family getaway. The convenience of location was outstanding right in the middle of downtown so shopping, eating, and the water were just a short walk. The views on the balcony were gorgeous the young children that traveled with us loved watching the bridge go up and down when boats were coming through the canal. The fireplace was the perfect touch for the chilly weather that we experienced and made staying inside a little easier. It felt very clean and well taken care of.

Great Place, Great Location

Right in the heart of Charlevoix and within walking distance of everything. Balcony views are spectacular.The view of Round Lake, the channel, and the draw bridge are great. The staff at Edgewater, especially Ronica, are amazing. Definitely on my "will return" list.

This is the best place to stay in Charlevoix

We had a wonderful experience at the Edgewater Inn. The suite was roomy, lovely and bright with a balcony overlooking the water. The front desk personnel were friendly and extremely professional and helpful. After having disappointing experiences with several other hotels and inns in town, this is by far the best place to stay in Charlevoix.
