Suite 312 is a third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. The unit has a full kitchen and is fully equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This kitchen offers a dining table for two and two bar stools for extra seating. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find an updated bathroom shower/tub combination, along with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and flat-screen TV.

Great stay!

Awesome experience!! Beautiful rental and area. Loved the windows from the bedroom. My only suggestion is some outdoor furniture on the balcony. Other that that, it was perfect.

Great Family Condo for a Ski Trip!

We had a fantastic stay in Unit 312 Water Street Inn! Unit was spacious and updated nicely. King bed upstairs and pull out sofa bed was perfect for our family of 4. The on site staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the convenience to Boyne Mountain ( less than 15 min drive) but we also liked being within walking distance to so many restaurants in Boyne City. We loved Gilda's French Bakery for breakfast, we enjoyed a very nice dinner at Cafe Sante and one more casual evening at Lake Street Pub. Would definitely stay again!

Our Honeymoon

We had a wonderful stay. This was our honeymoon and everything was perfect from the sunsets to walking on the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking our morning coffee while enjoying the crisp cool morning watching the ducks play in the water and listening to the water and watching the boats go out for their morning fishing. We will absolutely come back again!

Always a Pleasure

We've been to Water Street Inn a number of times and are never disappointed with the beautiful views, the nice accommodations and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Just sitting and watching the lake is calming and renewing. This unit could use updated furniture and the bed was pretty soft. Weather was cool but we would have enjoyed chairs on the balcony. Staff is always great - pleasant, very helpful, and accommodating.

This is the second time we have stayed in unit 312 and we just love it! The kitchen renovation makes so much sense as does the bathroom pocket door. It is the perfect place for us to stay when we travel to Michigan to visit our new grand baby.We would actually love to purchase this place!

Color Tour

We love the Water Street Inn rentals, we’ve stayed in several of the units at different times. This unit, however, had an issue with the thermostat, no control as the unit became too hot and uncomfortable. I let the office staff know and they suggested we open a window, which we did. It was fine otherwise.

David, I am sorry there was an issue with the heat in your unit. The units use hydronic heat and they take a longer then forced air to heat a space as the hot water fills the pipes and also take time to cool down as the pipes are then filled with hot water.

First trip to Boyne City

The Water Street Inn has a great location! We loved being so close to the boat rental and the marina where we used a friend's jet skis. The sunsets here are stunning. The pull-out bed's mattress is horrendous, but I almost expected that. The kitchen worked out really well. The only complaint was the room was warm, not cool enough even with the AC unit upstairs and the sliding doors open. We found a cigarette butt and one other left over item in the room, too.

Unit was beautifully redone, well-stocked, comfortable and clean. We loved the drawer fridge 🙂 Gorgeous views. A/C only upstairs; however, it wasn't ever uncomfortable downstairs. There isn't much of a beach left (doesn't match pictures); however, we still had a fantastic, wonderful time! Great property. Would stay here again no doubt.

Always Love Our Stay at Water Street Inn

This property never disappoints. Unit 312 was recently redecorated and was done so tastefully & beautifully. It is well appointed, and was very clean and stocked with brand new fluffy towels. The view of Lake Charlevoix from the kitchen/living/dining area and the bedroom is spectacular, both morning and night. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Love that we can park and walk to restaurants and shopping - this time we enjoyed both the Lake Street Pub and Cafe Sante.

This is a wonderful place to visit. We came in for a wedding at Castle Farms and stayed the weekend. Our condo was beautiful and clean. The view of the lake is awesome. Great, Relaxing Stay in Boyne City!

Beautiful Unit

We had a great stay and the whole unit was beautiful. Nice kitchen, bath, and bedroom. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

Boyne Getaway

The Water Street Inn is a beautiful property located right on Lake Charlevoix. It was impressively appointed with a great kitchen area and very comfy couch. We loved the modern decor and open space. The location is excellent as well, with all that Boyne City has to offer within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this to skiers or snowboarders who want to be near Boyne, but not pay resort prices.

Second Stay Here and its Amazing!

As beautiful a place to in winter as the summer!

The Water Street Inn is beautiful property and well maintained. The staff was friendly and available. Everything was perfect except for the "Demon" alarm clock that defied all attempts to silence it. Maybe if I had my Swiss Army knife?We'll be back when the snow fli s again.

Incredible Room and Views

Suite 312 is beautiful! The room was extremely clean and the views were incredible. This is picture is out of date, it has been remodeled and looks amazing. I especially love the custom kitchen (look for the fridge when you walk in, you will be surprised). The bed was so comfortable, we actually slept in both mornings.

Ahhh so perfect!

This property is in the perfect location-with Lake Charlevoix literally right outside your door. Boyne City is such a sweet little city with plenty to offer for shops, restaurants, and necessities. There are well maintained walking paths around the water area to enjoy! The condo we stayed in #312 was beautifully updated with all of the comforts of home. We are already telling everyone about this location and will definitely return when able!

Nice and relaxing

Great location with a beautiful view.. But the air conditioning unit was very loud and made the room feel clammy
