Amazing place for ski/snowboard

the location of this condo is super amazing, it is really ski in and ski out place. there are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms (both are in the bedrooms) in the condo, same as the picture showed. However, we still can hear the walking sound from upstair, and the check in instruction could be more clear.

Family visited in January for my oldest sons 21st Birthday. Had a great time sitting in the nicely appointed 2 bedroom lower level apartment. It was close to the slopes and restaurants. will definitely book this one again.

This property is a prime location for any skiers. Located right at the bottom of Boyneland this was the perfect location for our long weekend ski vacation. Condo was clean and as advertised. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Wonderful unit/location!

We have stayed in this condo at least 4 times and love it! The location is perfect for skiers and families! The kitchen is fully stocked (minus a pair of scissors). The new hard floors are very nice, but bring a few extra towels for wet gear (we brought 2 and could've used more). They used to have an awesome ski holder on the wall that has been removed. The property manager was quick to respond with check in info. We didn't need to contact them for any other concerns. We will definitely be back!

Convenient and Fun

We’ve stayed multiple times at the Boyne Mountain Resort and this was our first time where we were not in the Disciples Village. Our family of 6 really enjoyed the space. It was convenient to be by the pool and resort amenities. The home had everything we needed and unlike other places we stayed, the Wi-Fi worked really well. The only negative was the water drained extremely slow in both tubs, which gets really gross. We had to clean the tub every time we used the shower (but even that was hard because even a little water remained in the tub for a few minutes).

Fall Family Getaway

After a hectic start to the school and a fall filled with kids sports, we visited Boyne between the fall color change and ski season to enjoy a change of scenery and family time. We were able to enjoy the bonfire and s’mores, Petosky, and hiking up to the top of Boyne Mountain. We loved coming back to the condo to lounge around the remote-controlled fireplace. The highlight of the weekend was Avalanche Bay. The proximity from the condo to the water park made it so easy to come and go.

Overall great, some minor issues

Overall great condo but a few issues. Hot water heater is open and in view in one bedroom. As people used the water the heater became active which was noisy. Did not love the fact I had to reach out the day of to get a gate and door code. I think it should be on the company to send that information unprompted.

Great Place

We had a great time! The check in process was very easy (we got texted a lock code when the room was ready). The condo was clean and had plenty of TVs, beds, and bathrooms. The location was great! The outdoor pool was right outside the door, and it was walking distance to Avalanche Bay and the Boyne restaurants. We would highly recommend this condo!

Girls escape

4 of us girls came to the condo to celebrate a birthday party and to spend some quality girl time together. The condo was in a perfect spot for us-we we’re near wineries, shopping, and great restaurants. The condo was spotless. We had room to stretch out and relax. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms with en suites bathrooms were an added plus. We had a great time in a great condo in an awesome place(Boyne Mountain).

July visit to Boyne Mountain

We enjoyed our five night stay at Building E at the Boyne Mountain resort. The facility was clean and had adequate space for our group. We always enjoy the large pool at the facility and we like the nearby access to Boyne City and Young State Park's beaches. We would stay here again if we had the opportunity.

Christmas in Boyne!

We came up for a couple day getaway for the holidays with a family of 4. Weather was warm, but still had plenty of base to get skiing in. Downfall was we were not able to take advantage of ski in and out as we had to walk 100 feet to the snow. No issues though. As far as the condo, we were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was well kept and plenty of cookware in the kitchen. The rental comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom and bathroom in the back could use a little remodeling and definitely a new mattress on the full size bed. TV would be better suited in the corner with a larger TV; added plus would be not to have to see the chain of extension cords from opposite wall outlet. Back bath could use brighter lighting and new shower rack for soap, etc. Locks on inside doors would be suitable for families that want some privacy. Keycode was nice to have in the front and back of the outside doors and parking and unloading was easy as it is on the bottom floor. One morning we did hear the neighbors upstairs moving around with ski boots. Overall great experience with Renee but with warm midwest weather money may be better spent with airline tickets for better snow.

Great get away!

Condo is very nice, lots of space and plenty of sleeping room for our party of 6. Did have trouble with the cable not working but that was resolved and handled very nicely by Rene’e wth Northern Michigan Escapes. My children absolutely loved this place and the experiences at Boyne!

Family Ski Trip 2018 Ski In/Out Mountain Villa

The Villa Exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed in many places before and this kitchen was the best supplied with kitchen utensils and cooking gear ever, for our family to prepare and have meals in. The unit was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were quick to respond to my text questions and requests! And most of all the unit is a true ski in ski out just feet from the boyneland lift. Thank you for helping make our family ski trip one we will never forget! We hope to be back next year!

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay! The villa had everything we needed or could have wanted. The beds were comfy, the villa was clean, and we were in a great location! Now that we know how nice it is, we are looking forward to a return visit.

GIRLS WEEKEND

We were very happy with our stay in this condo. It was very clean and cozy. The only issue we had was with the gate lock code. We were unable to access it and had to wait for the maintenance gentleman to let us in. I would absolutely recommend this property to others and would stay here again.

Almost perfect summer retreat!!

The condo was great. Close to the heated pool and can walk to restaurants (during limited summer hours). The condo was clean and kitchen was easy to find cookware. There was a metal piece hanging in door frame (bedroom near couch)that snagged clothes and scratched a member of our group so please remove! Laundry was very difficult since only 1 washer & dryer worked properly (during our 6 night stay)and no coin changer available. Some updates are still needed especially the bathtub. Ran into trouble finding enough coffee cups (several had a funny shape that made them difficult to wash out the bottom). The coffee maker took an extremely long time to brew. A/c reset everyday to 85 so always having to to cool room down to reasonable temp.Price was excellent for everything provided. I would really consider staying if we are in the area again.

Boyne mountain escape

Very nice place. Convenient to so many fun places up north and so many fun activities on the property. I would definitely stay here again with my family. Owners are very nice and on top of the communications at every step.

We chose to stay in a condo this year. Last year we stayed in the Grand Mountain Lodge. It was extremely tight in the room with 2 adults and 2 kids. This 2 bedroom condo was absolutely perfect. We wouldn't stay in the hotel again! It is on property, you receive on property discounts to Avalanche Bay, etc. Our kids were in ski school and we could see them out of the back bedroom window. It was awesome in the evenings when the kids wanted to go to be, we had the living room to entertain some friends.

The place is great, clean in some manner, fully equipped and all function perfect.put I was disappointed with the place, when I made my reservation I selected a different place than the one I got plus the digital key-less entry to our place kept us locked out for some time because some one forgot to replace the battery, we had to call the manager for assist and luckily she was close-by otherwise we may stay locked out longer.I love to come back a gain if all mistakes avoided.and frankly speaking,the manager Lexis Hombeck was so kind with us and she promise us a free night in our next vacation plan, Thanks.

We enjoyed our summer stay. The pool is right outside the door so it was easy for the kids to come and go. Full size fridge and oven make it nice for preparing meals. Clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend for a family. It is right in the hub of everything.

The location couldn't be any better, especially with kids. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets, towels, pillows, etc. The kitchen has just about everything you need: toaster, griddle, crockpot, coffee maker, many pots and pans, cookie sheets, etc. I would highly recommend this rental. And the staff at Northern Michigan Escapes were very friendly and helpful.

no hassles, no worries, just show up!

The Unit/Condo was very nice. No check in, etc. just show up and push in your combination code. Parking was very close to the front door. Two remote bedrooms allowed the boys to stay up late and play video games and not disturb anyone. The back bedroom had its own patio overlooking the mountain. The sunset back there was fantastic. The unit was very clean and each room had its own temperature setting. this was also great as we'd shut everything down and open up during the day. It was very clean, had towels, napkins lots of plates/cups, coffee maker, etc.Boyne Mountain staff and facilities very friendly, water park, zip-lining, mountain biking and just walking was great. Everything is walkable from this location.Free chairs lifts in the evening and the great outdoor Hot tub (used many rainy nights). Out side of Boyne, good restaurants nearby in Boyne Falls. Nearby is go carting, Oden fish hatchery center and state parks twenty minutes away in Petoskey. Condo faces pool and landscape courtyard. Not many residents here the week we were here so very quiet. It was rainy and cold for most of the trip so in between adventures, the condo was big enough to kick back for a while without bumping into each other. this unit had an electronic combination lock which was awesome. No worrying about keys or cards, just go out. great place for families.
