Welcome to Unit #341—your spacious waterfront retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway or extended stay. This large corner two-bedroom condo offers a unique layout with plenty of room for everyone. The main level features a comfortable king bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, while the second-level loft includes another king-size bed, a full ensuite bathroom, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Additional guests can be accommodated with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



The open-concept living space includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a mid-size refrigerator, four-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. With seating for up to seven guests, extra windows that fill the space with natural light, and the cozy ambiance of a fireplace, the living area is perfect for gathering and relaxing.



Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy beautiful views as boats sail in and out of Round Lake—an ideal setting to unwind.



Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a convenient downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an ideal destination for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.



Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, allowing guests to enjoy a different experience with every stay—or return to a favorite. With 48 unique units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, the property provides a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere.

Beautiful condo!

We stayed in a beautiful condo on the water in March. Everything was perfect, except the fireplace was not working. However, we requested to be moved to a new condo the next day and we were allowed to do so. The rates in the spring are extremely reasonable!

Room 341. Absolutely stunning. We will be back!

Everything was wonderful except the pool was cold or at least a little bit too cold!! The room was absolutely beautiful. We wish the television would’ve been a little bit bigger than a 24 inch. Parking lot was quite slippery. Fell and sprained wrist.! But just had a wonderful time and enjoyed the room immensely! Beautiful!

Our vacation was perfect. The view from our balcony was stunning on Round Lake. Our unit was bright and clean with plenty of amenities. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. The staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a cup of coffee from the lobby to go. Our location was perfect for walking into town for a little shopping. I would definitely recommend the Edgewater Inn.

Relaxing at Edgewater Inn

Staying at Edgewater Inn puts us within walking distance of most Charlevoix attractions. Plus we are right on Round Lake and can watch the drawbridge and the boat traffic. The condo was comfortable and we were able to cook many of our meals.

Edgewater Inn is situated on Round Lake in downtown Charlevoix. Convenient to all shopping and restaurants. From your balcony you can watch the draw bridge open and close while admiring the comings and goings of water craft from Lake Charlevoix going to Lake Michigan. Our condo was great. Clean and spacious. Location is fantastic. We had no issues. Check-in/out was simple. I'd definitely recommend to others.

CHARLEVOIX FAMILY VACATION 2024

It was an amazing trip with our children grandchildren and even great grandchildren to experience the home of my gggrandparents from mid 1860s. Charlevoix is where I spent all my summers from 1947-1958 with my grandparents, Metta and Bill Wallace whose red brick home was at the top of the hill at Bridge and Belvedere. This was my dream come true and we could not have stayed at a more perfect spot. We had 7 condo units overlooking Round Lake...for Venetian Week.

4 beautiful nights at Edgewater Inn

Our weather was perfect. We loved the condo and the location was excellent. The dishes in the condo were not microwave safe and there was no oven, but otherwise accommodations were excellent. The deck had a beautiful view. Unfortunately the sideboard in the dining area collapsed with a loud crash and breaking of glass which woke us in the middle of our last night there. After we swept up the broken glass we went back to bed, but that was a scary experience.

Perfect Views, Super comfortable

This was the perfect place for my mom and me. I stayed in the loft, she in the main bedroom. We lived the huge windows abs spent a lot of time on the deck watching the boat traffic. We walked each morning to coffee and to dinner in the evening. Just a lovely place to stay.
