Wonderful Condo

This condo had been beautifully updated, clean and comfortably furnished. Truly a home away from home. You are a few minutes walk from all the resort offers. Contact from management regarding check in and check out was detailed and timely. Highly recommended and look forward to returning some day.

Perfect Girls Getaway

We booked this unit for a friends 40th birthday. There were just four us of, as this was to be a relaxing 40th. The spa at Boyne is top notch and all of the activities and restaurants on property will keep you busy. The unit was so clean and spacious! We cooked, played board games, had great conversation, and all with the fireplace going. All four of us kept saying how this was the perfect place that had all of the things needed. We had pretty nice weather and walked almost everywhere. The walking trail is right behind the unit and so are the slopes. The hosts sends you clear instructions and makes sure they are available if needed. We can't say enough about this place and will definitely be back. Don't forget to check out the Sky Bridge (:

Had a great experience. Condo was in great shape and very clean. Great location right up next to the ski hills. Short drive to the golf course on the property. Close to Boyne Falls and Petoskey. Many golf courses to chose from in the area. Great communication with the management company.

Great location

342H is a lower level end unit. Parking is plentiful, inside was very clean and smelled fresh. Bedrooms are all on single level with own bathrooms. Great for little. It does come with regular coffee maker as well a k-cup ( bring your coffee). Beautiful gas stove with cast iron center for cooking. Crockpot also. Plenty of toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and dishwasher soap also laundry detergent (used my own). Also ice in freezer. The room I was in I could lay in bed and watch the slopes. Close to everything.

What an Amazing place!

Our family (11 of us) make an annual trip to Boyne each fall. This rental was Great! It was beautifully renovated. The layout was perfect! We loved that it was so close to all the activities but yet it was nestled in the woods. We will definitely stay in this rental again.

Excellent Condo

You cannot beat the location of this condo. We have stayed in the Mountain Villas on several occasions and we love this location. This condo was very well appointed and was surprisingly quiet for a corner unit on the bottom floor. There was plenty of ski storage and everything was very clean. We had a full house and loved the extra refrigerator. It was a joyful place to celebrate the New Year!

Great place to getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed walking the trails, and exploring the surrounding area. It was the perfect location for us. The condo was very clean with the exception of the tile floors. We weren’t wearing our shoes inside because we didn’t want to track in dirt. However, we noticed after an hour or so the bottoms of our feet were black! Needless to say our shoes went back on! Not sure if the cleaning staff forgot to mop or what. That would be the only negative of our stay, and that’s pretty minor. All in all it was a great stay!

Cute and cozy!

This cozy place was so clean, rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only thing we could’ve asked for was a few more essentials, such as oil/sugar for coffee and cooking! We attempted to clean the mold from the keurig but couldn’t, luckily they have a regular pot as well. All in all would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Great ski in, ski out condo

This condo was beautiful! It is much more spacious than it looks in the pictures and is very well maintained and the extra fridge is key if you have multiple families staying like we did. The location can't be beat if you have small children that want to come in and out of the cold when skiing. The one and only complaint that I would have was that there was not a sponge to wash dishes with. Other than that, we are already looking to rent again next year! Thank you for a great trip!

Very Nice Condo

First let me say the property was very nicely updated, very clean and a great location. I did not give it 5 stars across the board because of the lack of dining furniture. Let me explain. The property advertises sleeps 12. Yes it does and accommodations are adequate in that area. But... there was not enough seating room for all of us to eat together. The table had 6 chairs and we found 4 folding chairs in a closet. But the table was not large enough for 10 chairs let alone our group of 12 even if we had 2 more chairs. An additional folding card table needs to be provided along with enough chairs to accommodate 12 people. Some of us had to eat seated around a low coffee table. If the property rents for sleeping for 12, then dining table space needs to be for 12 people.

Great updated condo

This place was great. It is in an older section of Boyne but wonderfully renovated and so nice inside. No complaints! Washer and dryer were also updated. King bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and had great pillows. I would recommend this condo without hesitation.

Perfect little place!

My family has been staying at the Mountain Villas for 4 years but this was our first stay at this unit. It is our favorite by far — fully renovated, very clean and stocked with everything you’d need. We felt right at home. Not right next to pool which meant quieter than our previous unit. We hope to snag it again next July 🙂

Boyne Mountain Stay

Absolutely amazing. The condo was perfect for our group of friends great size, sleeping quarters were perfect, the kitchen was great with the cooking area and the seating area. The living room was a little small but with the space on the fire place where you could sit, worked perfectly since 4 of us could sit there. The pool was great, warm and nice wit lots of sunshine but also shade, my only recommendation would be that a pool bathroom be added, maybe next to the laundry room. It was kind of a pain when you had to use the facilities to go back to the condo. Northern Michigan Escapes were great to work, polite, very professional, answered all of my emails that had questions in an timely manner and I would definitely work with them again.

Exceeded our expectations

We rented this condo for a girls spa weekend and it was perfect! Everyone had their own bed (7 total) and there were 3 full baths which made showering no problem. The living/dining room was modern and comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. It is also conveniently located at the base of one of the ski lifts and right by a trail that is a very short walk to the spa and Avalanche Bay.

Fabulous Weekend at Boyne Mountain

We had a great weekend staying at the Mountain Villa. The location cannot be beat - it's located right off one of the ski lifts that operates all day (including night skiing) and walking distance to Boyne Village. The condo was clean and comfortable. Everyone in the group agreed that we would love to stay here for a future ski weekend!

Amazing Family Ski Trip!

We had the best family Vacation February 2019 at Boyne Mountain! Northern Michigan Escapes made sure everything we needed was available. Helping us find a condo with washer and dryer was super helpful since we travel with four small kids! We also appreciated knowing EXACTLY what unit we would get to stay in. (If you book directly with Boyne this is NOT the case) The unit was immaculately clean, the beds and linens were beyond comfortable. The extra beverage fridge was very handy. Enjoying a ski day with the kids (1 minute walk away) and even some time at The Avalanche Bay Waterpark (5 minute walk away) made for some of the best memories we've ever made with our kids!Northern Michigan Escapes even arranged a babysitter for us so we could have a dinner just us adults! There are 4-5 Restaurants within walking distance from the condo.The location is amazing! We did not drive for five days!Thank You so very much for a wonderful stay!

The Ideal Location

We arrived a little behind schedule but our host was very understanding and came to welcome us when we arrived. All of our questions were answered. We had everything we needed. We packed alot of our food and we were impressed with having 2 fridges and pots and pans, coffee maker and even a mini bar area. The bed rooms and bathrooms were able to accommodate our needs. We had a washer and dryer that helped us keep our ski clothes clean and dry. We were able to ski right up to the Boyneland ski lift. Easy access to the resort as well. The only thing we would have wanted was a hot tub. Other than that. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back next year!

Very Nice place to get away/get together

We chose this place sort of out of desperation when our annual rental home was not available for our 'annual cousins getaway'. I had reviewed other units at same location. This one seemed a good choice for four women since it had ample sleeping (3 bedrooms) and 3 baths. It was a great choice although we were gone most of the day and didn't return until evening, so we could not vouch for what went on in the daytime. There were LOTS of dogs in condos all around us. I am a dog owner myself but wouldn't take my dog with me or rent a condo that allowed pets, so renter beware. This codo was beautiful - high end finishes throughout. Very clean. I would rent this again. The only issue (which wasn't a deal breaker) was the upstairs renters, several guys, who came in at 1:30 in the morning drunk as skunks, very loud for a bit until they must have passed out. I heard it all since I was in the back bedroom and am a very light sleeper, but no one else did. So all I all, I would recommend this place.

boyne trip

Very good experience overall. Well stocked in kitchen for everyday needs. Upgrades were very nice and more modern. The beds were comfortable, but in future would like to see queen sized beds instead of full. Usually have 2 persons to a bed, queen would be more better size for our group. It was awesome having a washer and dryer in room. Icemaker was very slow making ice took 2 days to get a half of tray filled. Had a Bathroom lightbulb go bad & this blew the circuit breaker. Requests to Renee was immediately addressed and fixed. Staff always smiling and helpful. It was a very enjoyable stay and would return again.

Beautiful Mountain Villa's Condo with great location

We use to own this condo and could not believe how is was transformed. I just love everything about it. We were so excited to stay here and enjoy the great location and clean fresh amenities. Very comfortable master bed I can only speak to that one because I didn't check the other out but they looked new and in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

Family & friends ski week

Absolutely wonderful condo! This unit truly has been remodeled with great finishes in every room. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook. Only a minute walk to the Boyneland lift so super convenient to start the day ( with kids especially ). We would for sure stay here again. Property manager (Renee) answered calls and texts within minutes. Great stay from start to finish!

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location!

This condo was exactly as described. It was beautifully redone and had plenty of space. The walk to the lifts was very easy (less than 5 min), even with a few small children in tow. It was close enough that we came back to have lunch and easily went back out. The kitchen had anything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. The only watch out is that there is a condo directly above and so there can be some noise. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would definitely come again.
