Welcome to Unit #359—your recently redecorated two-bedroom waterfront retreat, perfect for a relaxing stay in downtown Charlevoix. This inviting condo features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a loft bedroom with a king-size bed, along with two full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub—providing comfort and convenience for your group. The living room also includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, making it easy to accommodate additional guests.

Overall great property in a perfect location.

We stayed one night in unit 359. What a wonderful location. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops. The complex has an amazing indoor/outdoor pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the bed in the downstairs bedroom queen size bed was hard as a rock. The upstairs bed and pull out were both comfortable. The unit was VERY clean and both showers worked well. It is fun to see the draw bridge and ships passing right there. Overall, we highly recommend this location and property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Edgewater Condo in beautiful Charlevoix. It was updated and well maintained, with a beautiful view of the river and draw bridge. It was also a great location within a short walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Our rental was clean, refreshingly decorated and convenient with a wonderful view from the balcony! We hope to be back next year! Would have loved a grab bar and a rubber mat in the tub (senior citizen here) but a perfect place to be!

Great Escape!

In town from AZ for a weekend wedding. Arrived late Friday to a beautiful evening view of the lake and sunset. People watching from the balcony was also very relaxing and entertaining. Staff was extremely warm and welcoming. The entire condo was beautiful with tasteful and attractive decor. We will be back for sure!

The place was perfect. It had items all ready for you ie coffee and tea. Location is great to walking to restaurants and store. We drove to Petoskey, Cross in the Woods and even Mackinac City. But I enjoyed the balcony at the end of the day with a glass of wine.

Great Michigan Experience!!

This was the first time we used a vacation rental and we could not have been more pleased. We will definitely do it again. The unit we reserved at the Edgewater Inn was fantastic!! It was just as it was described and shown on the website. The location could not have been more convenient. We also felt very safe!! Working with Northern Michigan Escapes was so easy. Not having ever done this before, we had lots of questions. They always were there with the answers and, even when we emailed, someone called us personally to help us. We are definitely looking forward to a return trip and returning to the Edgewater Inn!!

We had a family vacation at this Condo. It was a great location and beautifully decorated. I would have liked a gas grill instead of a charcoal grill. Also the first floor bedroom was hot and never able to cool down.

Amazing Weekend

We stay at Edgewater every year for the Charlevoix Marathon. It is the perfect location. The view from the balcony is amazing. Clean rooms, friendly staff.This year I was disappointed with the check in. Took quite a bit longer than normal and had to sit in the lobby for 35 minutes after check-in time. That's my only reason for a 4 star on the stay. Everything else was fantastic.

Suite 359 was fabulous from check in to check out. Front desk staff was helpful and even texted us when our condo was ready. Edgewater Inn was clean despite the construction go on (which is to be completed the end of the month) with our suite being immaculate!! Charlevoix is an amazing town and at this location, we could walk into town to shop and eat..or to Lake Michigan beach, where you can walk along shore finding Petoskey stones or watch the sunset. I would definitely return to Edgewater and recommend this amazing resort!!

Mom n' Me Weekend

My daughters and I have to specifically schedule time to spend together considering we're all over the state. We chose Charlevoix so we could hit the cute downtown area of Petoskey and Charlevoix, and enjoy some quality time. The rental was exactly what we wanted. Close to everything and beautiful! We didn't get a chance to hit the hot tub, but thoroughly enjoyed the condo.

I loved everything about our unit! Despite the overall property being aged, our unit was impeccably clean and overall felt fresh and new. The view from the balcony was lovely, and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, the beach, and to see the mushroom houses. Pleased with our choice of units

Clean, comfortable, good location, very nicely decorated with attractive furnishings and art (and no knickknacks) We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the channel and drawbridge, with boats going to and from Lake Michigan. Very much liked the loft and superior bed linens. The upper bathroom plumbing issues need to be attended to properly. Also, could use an ice cube tray and a few more wine glasses.
