This is a Disciples Village Dual Optional Home. Disciples Village 678 is the upper level of the home and features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The Lower Level (Disciples Village 679) may be rented in conjunction or separtely from this home. When rented together, the home becomes a 4 bedroom 4 bath home.

When entering the main home of Disciples Village 678, you are greeted with towering windows in your great room, overlooking the beautiful views of Boyne Mountain. The living room features a fireplace and gathering area for the whole family to enjoy. On the main floor you also have an update kitchen, with everything you could need already provided. The master bedroom, with ensuite is also on the main floor and features a king bed. The guest bedroom on the main floor offers two queen beds and access to a 2nd full bathroom that is also convenient for other guests in the home.

Upstairs in the loft area you will find the third bedroom and third bathroom. This bedroom features two queen beds, allowing the home to sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. When rented with the lower unit (DV679) the homes occupancy limit expands to 12.

The Area:

Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.

Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

Northern Michigan Getaway

We enjoyed a quiet weekend getaway near Petoskey in Disciples Village 678. Plenty of space for grandparents to stay with us. Beautiful setting in the trees on the side of the mountain with no line of sight to the neighbors. Condo had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Perfect home base for our baseball tournament.

Summer Vacation 2023

Our time in this unit was well spent. A few minor cosmetic issues (missing rail on frig compartment, missing deck chairs) but overall, it was a nice week "Up North". NME was very timely with entry and exit emails/texts and the unit was very clean!

Lovely Condo

The condo was perfect for our group of 5, and we certainly could have had more people comfortable stay with us. The area and amenities were great. The only issue was noise from next door. The people sleeping in the loft could hear everything in our condo and the one next door, but I think we got unlucky with some very loud neighbors. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We had a fantastic weekend at Boyne due in large part to this rental property. It's location right off or Easy Access slope made it super easy for both Skiers and Snowboarders to jump right on the slope and head for the chair lift. We fit eight of us comfortably and would definitely come back for our next trip to Boyne Mountain. When we first arrived we did struggle to find parking spots. The location comes with 2 spots per lodge but there are not designated spots and it is pretty much a free for all when it comes to parking. There were cars parked in the spots right by our lodge which was kind of annoying for unloading but manageable the rest of the weekend. That being said, the owner/manager was very responsive to text messages and helped explain the parking fiasco when we needed them. 10/10

Boyne Mountain Disciples Condo In/Out

It was a great weekend both on the slopes and off. So pleased with the ski in/out simplicity and getting to the Disciples Ridge chairlift. Literally a short little easy ski to the lift after maybe 20 steps from door to slope. Easy to get back to condo too even though lifts were closed. Condo was clean and good condition. Amenities were as said except for ice maker. Issue with toilet handle, called in service and was repaired within a couple hours while we were on the slopes. Great customer service by Renee...very responsive. Parking got a little crazy from other renters taking our two spots allowed. maybe parking passes with the unit # would be a good idea?

Great condo for any season to visit Boyne country!

Everything was clean and the accommodations were very comfortable! The two condos we rented were of perfect size for our group! My only concern is there was a &#xD83E;&#xDD9D; raccoon in the area that kinda freaked us out because it wasn’t shy about visiting our decks? And our condo might need an appliance up grade, old refrigerator with broken door shelves caused us to loose some Bloody Mary garnishes as they came crashing to the floor opening the door of fridge!!ugh!! Otherwise perfect!

Amazing!!!

Your place is beautiful and absolutely amazing! We had our family of eight adults in this 3 bedroom condo and we had plenty of room. With 5 beds and a pull out sofa, we had plenty of sleeping room. (We didn’t need the pull out sleeper though) We had everything we needed and more! We also appreciated that the condo was super clean. This is our third time staying in a Disciple’s Ridge condo and we will be back. Thank you for taking care of all of our needs and providing your beautiful place!

Great Experience in a Good Location

Everything about this place was perfect. The loft has 2 beds as well as the main floor bedroom. Master has a single bed. Everything was clean and house seemed nearly new. Will be back on future travels.

Great weather, great location to ski in and out (when there's plenty of snow and Disciples Ridge lift is open). TV's are old and not 100% functional but the house is just fine for 8-10 people.
