Arguably the best location on Boyneland!

There are so many wonderful things about this unit to say! This 100 % slope-side, truly Ski-in/out condo, is everything you could hope for in your next vacation getaway. The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This is a rare upper-level disciples village condo, with it's own washer and dryer and dedicated private WiFi, so no more sharing the internet with the rest of the resort!

The master suite has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third bedroom upstairs has two queen beds and a bathroom. The living room also affords a sleeper sofa for added sleeping space. Stand alone, this home can accommodate up to 12 guests at one time. The basement is a two bedroom condo, that can be rented in conjunction with this home, with an additional full kitchen and laundry area, that extends the sleeping capacity to 20 if needed. The additional unit can be found on our website under 691 Disciples Village.

Within the home, all the bedrooms have new flat screen TVs and there is a 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room, and TV's in all the bedrooms for your added enjoyment. The condo does have quite a few steps to get up to it, as its the King of the Hill, and is located directly on the slope!

With multiple units that are in nearby buildings, we are also able to accommodate multiple large groups, family reunions or even corporate retreats. Check out Condo #692. This condo shares our building.

The Area:

Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.

Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

Great Ski In/Out Condo at the top of Disciples Village

This condo was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Literally steps out the back door puts you on the Boyneland run. A true ski in/out condo at the highest point in Disciples Village. Note that there are a lot of stairs to get to this unit and they're not always cleared of snow.

Overall- nice stay

Nice condo and accommodations. It sleeps 12 but sitting for everyone in the living room/dining room was only comfortable for 8-10. Water pressure in upstairs bathroom was poor. Other than those things- great stay! Do not recommend staying here if you can’t do multiple steps. Getting luggage/groceries/etc up to condo was difficult for older guests. Parking was also somewhat limited as the 4 spots closest to condo stairs were usually taken or people parked only allowing for 3 to park instead if 4.

Great ski in/ski out

This was our second year going to this condo. Great location especially for young kids. Condo is clean and comes with everything you would need. The only downside is the upstairs water pressure is extremely low. Making the shower almost useless. There are two full baths downstairs that work great. Would also be nice to have more seating in the living room with a sectional or loveseat.

Perfect for skiing!

This was a perfect location for a ski trip at Boyne Mountain. I have never stayed in a ski in/ski out rental but it is the greatest thing ever and now I'm spoiled. Literally could walk 15 feet out the back door and be skiing. Also when we needed to drive down for dinner it was a quick easy drive probably less than 5 minutes. I'd stay here again for sure!

Nice condo

Nice condo. Great location. Comfortable beds. Seating area is small with limited seats. Know that there are 57 steps to climb to get to the front door. If stair climbing is difficult for you or your guests, I suggest you select a different unit. I would stay there again.

Clean and comfortable condo in beautiful northern MI location!

The condo in Boyne was a great spot for our group of three couples. We each had our own room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. We had neighbors but never heard them - quiet and private. The kitchen was fully stocked, the fireplace kicked out good heat, and the place was spotless. The location was great - close to Boyne city, Walloon Lake, and Petoskey. The property manager was easy to reach by email and text. The only downside was that the upstairs bedroom was hard to cool down. This unit did have a lot of stairs from the parking lot to the front door. This was okay for us but might not be ideal for all groups. Would return and definitely recommend!

Perfect condo!

This was a beautiful condo in proximity of several golf courses that we played over the weekend. The rental company was easy to work with. One of the toilet flush handles was broken upon our arrival. A simple text message requesting they fix it the next day while we were away was all it took. The quick response and timely repair was greatly appreciated! We had an overall great stay and would definitely recommend this property!

Family ski trip

The ski in ski out experience in the disciples ridge area on Boyne Mountain was exceptional. Easy access to the entire mountain and great place for beginner skiers. This is our second year staying in this condo. lots of bedroom space and you able to sleep multiple families. The kitchen and living space are on the smaller side but well stocked! We spent so much time on the mountain, enjoying apres ski that the smaller space wasn't an issue. Note there are 50 stairs to get into the condo. Highly recommend!

Great Location Nice bedrooms small common area

Very nice condo-the bedrooms are comfortably spacious, the beds are very comfortable, glad to have a bathroom for each bedroom, nice to have a washer and dryer, great location. The only downside is the common living space is too small for the number of people who can sleep there. There is not enough room for everyone to sit in the living room because if you pull the table out so people can sit on all sides of it then the walkway between the table and the coffee table would be too narrow. - living space looked bigger in the photos. This would be ok for 6 adults. We had 6 adults and 6 kids ages 0-8. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful at this property! It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed! The property is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Boyne Mountain has to offer and is just minutes away from Boyne City, Petoskey, and Charlevoix. At the same time, the property is secluded enough and sound proof enough, that you get loads of privacy. The only drawbacks are the 58 steps to the front door and no grill or chairs on patio. Otherwise, an awesome place!

Best skiing location for families!

This condo has a lot of stairs but it’s worth the climb! My children enjoyed getting out on the slopes early every morning and skiing back for hot cocoa. The kitchen and living area are small but with all the activities, we rarely found ourselves in the main living space. The Kitchen is stocked nicely with dishes and cookware. Bring spices if you like to cook. The beds were cozy. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The property manager responded quickly and was very helpful! We will be back!

We stayed for 5 days. We had been to Boyne and previously stayed in Boyne Cabin and other disciples village condo. This condo was top notch. Ski out to mountain express lift was exactly as described. The condo was clean, well cared for and much more updated than the condos thru Boyne Mountain. We got immediate assistance in a maintenance issue. Communication was easy before and during our stay. There was only 4 of us, and so we had a lot more space than if you had 8. I cooked full meals and had everything I needed. The stairs up are a bit much, but we knew to expect it and are all healthy. They would be an issue for someone w heart or joint issues. Love it! Perfect! Will be back!

The location of this condo is amazing but saying it sleeps 12 is a little deceiving. The common area was very tight for 10, let only 12 guests and the pullout coach is not really an acceptable sleeping accommodation for two people. It would be the perfect location and space for 6-8 people.

THE PLACE TO STAY

The condo was amazing .decorated nicely and the location was the best. At the end of the street so no traffic and it backs up to one of the ski slopes. Great privacy great fun .I definitely will choose this location when I go up north again.

Comfortable, accessible, and beautiful!

This lovely condo is perfect for groups wanting to explore northern Michigan in the Spring, Summer, or Fall. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, allowing for privacy and a quick morning start. I loved the beautiful large windows and treelined views! Our family, my kids and their spouses, loved launching every day to lovely Michigan towns. Petoskey and Mackinac were my faves. The kitchen was large enough to cook big breakfasts and prepare evening charcuterie platters. It was well equipped and all of the appliances worked well. The bedrooms had ample outlets for charging and comfortable beds. The bathrooms had blow dryers and plenty of towels. The final touch was the text message I received just after we arrived. A checkin to see if we needed anything. Yes, be ready to climb stairs. But, once you do, you’ll find the perfect Northern Michigan spot for your getaway!

We loved staying here. The kitchen was EXTREMELY well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and the sheets where clean and soft. Water pressure in the sinks and showers was not ideal, but would imagine it’s hard to get the water pressure any better that high up the mountain. Also, would recommend the owners supply some plastic deck chairs. It would have been great for members of our party who weren’t skiing to bring mountainside or even enjoy some time on the deck when the weather is warm enough like this pas weekend.

The condo is in the perfect location and nicely updated! The only downfall of being so close to the hill is the noise all night from the groomers and work being done on the slopes. Ear plugs or a sound machine would be a easy remedy so don't let that stop you because otherwise it's a great place!

Ideal Ski In Ski Out Condo

This condo was updated and clean and a pleasant stay for our family Spring Break. Accommodated 7 people comfortably, but movie night in the living room was a little tricky 🙂 All the necessities were provided, the representative was very nice and helpful. Great access to the ski slope and view from the deck to slope was nice. My only recommendation would be to trim the bushes behind the windows so that from inside you can enjoy the direct view to the slopes. Otherwise we enjoyed this unit and would recommend it to. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and spacious. The modern furnishings make it feel like home. Just be aware there are lots of steps to climb from the car to the front door. Not bad fore the average person especially skiers, but could be a challenge for a guest who isn't good with stairs.

Clean rental

Came here to spend some family time for a 60th birthday. The unit was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful with any situation that arose. Example: broken coffee carafe and loss of power due to circuit breaker.We had 8 adults + (1) 4 month old. Bedroom accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Only complaint was the water pressure, which was not as strong as preferred. Steps up to the unit can be tiring. Used it as our daily workout! I could see how this would be an amazing unit for skiers with the ski-up patio. But, for us in the summer, not a big enough patio to enjoy. Living area is quite small for large groups.

Wonderful Family Vacation Rental

We really enjoyed this rental property. The condo was great for my husband, me and our 5 kids. There was plenty of room and the unit was clean and well furnished with all that we needed (kitchen items, family games etc). The location was fantastic! It was quiet and beautiful. Boyne Mt. was also a great location because it’s an easy drive to many nearby water towns, giving our family the opportunity for day trips (Petoskey, Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Mackinaw Island). The property management company was easy to work with and made sure everything went smoothly.

Wonderful stay. Great location with lots of activities for “kids” of all ages. Two scenic golf courses with great twi-light rates. Rooms comfortable and modern. Be sure and drive the “Tunnel of Trees” and plan on a big, delicious meal at the end in the Leggs Restaurant. Two town nearby for amenities and other activities. You should be aware there are about 50 steps winding through the trees leading to the front door. If you have the upstairs bedroom add about 12 more. Elderly, handicapped, etc might have a problem. Just a minor inconvenience to us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.\]]

Breath taking...

This was our first time staying at the Disciples Village and we were very pleased with our stay. The accommodations we lovely and very comfortable for our family. We used the kitchen for quick meals and a coffee in the morning. And we loved that we could walk out onto the hill right from our location and walk into Boyne Mountain Village with ease. There are a few stairs to getting into the condo however the charm paired of the split rails and light posts with the beautiful nature surroundings made it worth it. We enjoyed Deer Lake as well as the golf course. I appreciated the keyless entry as well as the accessibility of Northern Michigan Escapes staff for our first time questions. Thank you for a wonderful location, where family memories were made that we can look back on and laugh out loud! We look forward to our next stay with you.

Slopeside convenience

We are repeat renters who love the slopeside ease with several small children ages 4-10. The two bedrooms in the lower level is a big bonus and is not available as a slopeside condo option that I have yet found. We love to be able to go in and out throughout the day to get snacks and warm up. We have rented the upper and lower units and found thinoocation the most convenient for our large family group.

Condo was perfect for our stay over the long holiday weekend. We stay in Disciples Village several times a year and would say this is the best to date. Location is great, True ski in/ski out without having a lot of traffic around you. Condo was well equipped and Renee was very helpful. An excellent experience.

King of the Hill is Tops

Most of the time, pictures can make a condo look better than it really is in person. The opposite was true with this spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated gem that sits right on a mountain where a glorious sunrise pours into the floor-to-ceiling windows. The fireplace turns on with a light switch (how cool is that?) and the kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need for cooking. Every bed is comfortable, every towel looks brand new, and my only complaint is a weak shower spray but there's probably not much they can do about that. The staff was pleasant, accommodating and always available no matter what we needed. Be prepared for slight depression when you leave this place because it's truly paradise. Also, enjoy the 57 steps up to the front door. It's not as bad as one would think. I enjoyed the exercise, and knew it was worth the climb every time!

Best spot on the hill

This was our annual kids/family ski weekend and our second time at this up/down condo. This place worked out very well, plenty of zones for napping kids and watching tv, and dinner time places to seat children. the ski hill is a great tewnty steps from the door, could easily watch them go down the hill from inside. the door handles on the fridge ar a bit inconvenient being placed on the wrong side. The wiFi was a little sketchy, had to keep jumping on the village wifi. All in all it is still the best place on the hill for us considering all other options, as a truly ski in ski out. The closed loft upstairs is a rare find among the hillside condos. Simple furnishings give us lots of room for our stuff. Renee was very available for any help we needed. Found everything we needed in the kitchen except for a soup ladle and we did cook every meal while we were there. Thanks for a great spot for our family vacation!

Great Stay at Disciples Village Condo

We were a group of 9 (2 families with a total of 5 kids: age range of 7-11 y.o) staying for 5 nights from Feb 14-20 for a Ski vacation. PROS:- True Ski in/ski out on a green hill (so good for all ski-levels)- Lots of kitchen utensils/pans/plates/etc- clean and roomy- large water heater, so you won't run out of hot water for showers- Were not bothered by renters in unit below/next to us.CONS:- very steep (and high number) of stairs from parking to front door: would be difficult for older/physically challenged individuals. Difficult to carry large luggage/boxes of food up these stairs. - This condo is "at the top" of the condo road, so great views, but is also a moderate walk (300 yards) from condo to the resort restaurants/Grand Mountain lodge (where most "activities" occur once skiing is done for the day/lifts are closed). Boyne does offer a shuttle to take you from the condo to the resort, but it is usually at 15-20 minute wait.

Rented the condo for a family wedding weekend in Boyne City, Mi. Great location,beautiful setting.Very comfortable,upgraded unit accomodated 6 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. Only downside is the 57 steps from parking to the unit. Slippery when wet, a pain to unload and load vehicles.

Great Stay!

The property was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything we needed--from dishes to hand and laundry soap! We found the staff very courteous, and quick to respond to our minor issue (cable on the main living area television). Our only issue with the property was the location. This unit is in the very back of Disciples Village--at the top of the bunny hill. A great location for winter skiing, but we were far from the pool and the 58 steps were daunting when carrying in our food and suitcases. Aside from this MINOR inconvenience--we loved our stay!

Beautiful little condo amidst beautiful scenery and nature! Close to everything we wanted to see and do . Felt like a home away from home. I might just mention all the stairs to get to the condo . If you have elderly or young children might make it more of a challenge, but we welcomed the exercise! Would definitely come back!

Beautiful Location, Well Kept Property

We used this location for a girls weekend in July. There are a lot of stairs up to the condo which would be a concern if you were looking to stay here with someone who has mobility issues. The condo itself was very clean, lights were on to welcome us, they had everything a person could need in the kitchen with the exception being a blender (although not everyone *needs* that). There is a wine cooler which was pleasant surprise. There is not a dvd player which for many is not a concern but was a bit of a bummer for us. Other than those few heads up we had a lovely stay and would absolutely rent again.

A Great Getaway

Three couples rented this condo in July. Boyne Mountain is a fantastic spot for all ages. The unit was clean, though in need of a little updating. The kitchen towels and utensils could also be increased. There weren't enough dish towels in our opinion.The upstairs bedroom suited the occupants, but the downstairs occupants complained about the discomfort of the mattresses. Again, this unit could use some updating.Overall, we recommend this unit. The rental company representative was supposed to meet us at the unit upon arrival, but at the last minute she said she could not. We had to call the representative to send someone to fix the a/c, but that issue was taken care of very promptly and to our satisfaction.

Slope Side New Year

The location was just excellent. Out the back door and on the slopes. The facility was as advertised. It is a bit dated and needs some repairs but everything functioned just fine. It was very clean except for the pans and dishes--they were not clean, which was a disappointment to us. That is a minor issue to resolve and all-n-all, I would recommend staying here.

Condo was as described and in great condition! 12" of fresh snow made this true ski in ski out location perfect for our 3 boys to stop back at the condo when they needed to warm up. Condo was very clean and well appointed. No complaints and Deb was great to work with. Lots of stairs to climb as this unit is up on the hill but overall a great experience!
