Welcome to our 3-bedroom Mountain Cabin #823 in Boyne Falls, MI!

Tucked into the woods, this 3-bedroom very private luxurious Mountain Cabin is built in a lightly wooded area, close to golf and the to the slopes. It is on the "mountainside" off the road with easy access to the Alpine chair lift. This cabin is a short walk to a ski trail down to the Alpine chairlift (weather permitting). You get the best of both worlds- golf and skiing!

This professionally decorated cabin has a master bedroom on the top floor with a king bed, hutch with TV and private full bath.

The lower level offers two additional bedrooms. The second bedroom has two queen beds and an en suite full bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and an additional full bathroom. There is a twin roll-a-way bed in the lower level that is available to sleep the 11th person.

The living room has a sofa sleeper, half bath, and TV with a DVD player. Warm up by the Newly installed Gas fireplace after a long day on the slopes.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well.

This condo is a short walk to a ski trail that you can take down to the Alpine chairlift. This property utilizes a chairlift with a lift schedule that is weather dependent and subject to change. Please access the Boyne Mountain website to view the lift schedule.

This cozy cabin has a well-appointed kitchen with amenities including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils. Dining for 6 is available, with 4 additional chairs at the bar. There are lots of windows and a wooded view of northern Michigan from the living room. The unit has a spacious deck with a Brand New hot tub that is completely private. This unit offers a charcoal grill for guests to use as well.

Boyne Mt. is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has the largest water park in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available, and so is childcare.

Amazing cabin, amazing weekend!

We had a wonderful weekend and could not have been happier with our accommodations. My only hiccups were that the hot-tub, while pictured on the listing is not mentioned as an amenity which caused some confusion. In addition, the house sleeps 10 but you are only allowed to have 2 cars with it noted that all others will be “towed without warning and at the owners expense.” Ultimately you just have to move them to an overflow lot on property but it would have been nice to have been made aware of that prior to our arrival.

The cabin was charming, cozy, and the perfect size for our group of 6. The location is perfect, close enough to the action, far enough away for solitude relaxation. On a negative, we were disappointed to find the refrigerator was missing ice-cube trays. We ended up making ice with two small Tupperware containers, which is not ideal.

Mountain Cabin

A group of us stayed in Mountain Cabin for four days and had a great time. You can walk up two cabins and there is a side path to get you to a chairlift which is great. The cabin was clean with plenty of space to cook, sleep and entertain.

Golf Retreat

The house was in good condition and everything was clean upon arrival. The house had all the amenities needed for a weekend up north for golf. The only downfall the house had were ants. The ants on the kitchen floor were a little intrusive but since we were not in the house most of the time it wasn't too bothersome. Overall it is a good house for a group and great location for golfing at Boyne.

Great Family Vacation

We had a really good experience with our Mountain Cabin. Two families had a lot of room. The hot tub wasn't working on the first day, but the property manager was quick to get it looked at and fixed.Everything seemed clean and well maintained however we did notice a few ants around the dinning area.Loved the ski out feature, almost like we had our own private chair lift. The complimentary shuttle to and from the village was a bonus and gave us a real carefree feel to the trip.Will definitely consider booking again.

Nice weekend

Communication before arrival with Renee was great. Very helpful in filling in some blanks. She met us at the property at arrival to show us around. Cabin was in nice shape and clean. Location was known to be quite away from the center of Boyne but the free shuttle van brought us to and from after 15-20 min wait after our call. TV and outdoor spa added to the pleasure. Plenty of firewood available for a great Fire although the screen and wood cradle need replacement. All the kitchen utensils including BBQ tongs were there and greatly appreciated. On our ski day we walked 100 Ft up the road to the trail that led us to the Alpine chairlift which was convenient. Snow removal by the Boyne crew was good but it remained quite icy. Overall a nice experience at a significant savings over the main Boyne Lodge.

Amazing place!

We loved our stay in the Mountain Cabin. It was spacious, well-decorated and the right amount of secluded but not too far away from things. We stayed with another family and we all had space and privacy but the common area to gather. We slept well in the upstairs king. The queen downstairs (in its own room) was a little hard - I would recommend a mattress topper like is upstairs. The cabin was clean and it was the most restful trip we have had in a long time.

3BR Mountain Cabin - Skier and Golfer Paradise, Private, Sleeps 1

Had a great experience, loved the cabin and the hot tub. Only small issues were that the chimney direly needed to be swept (had smoke coming into the cabin though the flume was open) and there were large ants that were coming through the electrical outlet in the upstairs bathroom.

New Years 2018 Corrin/Reddon

Overall very good stay and experience.Lock box entry a good idea. Layout excellent.Temp hot upstairs and cold downstairs at night to sleep - just letting you know.Kitchen was well equipped.Ran out of Toilet paper and certainly did not consume 4 rolls in 4 nights.Firewood was wet and not enough kindling/starter to make up for the wet wood.Overall we are pleased.

We have never had any feedback from guests about the temperature issues in the cabin so I am surprised to hear that and appreciate you letting us know. I am wondering if this happened due to the extreme external temperatures (down into the negative double digits) making it difficult to regulate the heat? I will let our Maintenance Manager know so that he is aware of your experience and can be sure things are functioning as they should. I am glad you found the kitchen well equipped. We always want to be made aware of any disruption in stay that a guest might be experiencing and had we not placed enough toilet paper out prior to your arrival we certainly would have brought more to you. I apologize. Boyne Mountain supplies all of the wood to the resort guests and while we do stock all cabins with fire-starters, it sounds like the wood was damp and I understand that made it difficult to get the fires started. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I am sure that the Cabin community was going through wood faster than Boyne could keep up with during the holiday weekend and the extremely cold temperatures! 🙂 We are thankful for your feedback as it gives us a chance to improve how we run our company and provide feedback to our owners. Beautiful Mid-Fall Getaway

We rented this cabin in mid-October for a short family trip. Our daughters (4 and 2) loved the space and the cabin feel. Boyne always has a lot to offer for families of all ages, and this cabin was the perfect place to stay to feel like we were in a private wooded area, but a short drive to everything as well.

Perfect Michigan vacation spot

We had a three-generation family of 6 including two teenagers and we all agreed the cabin and location were great. It was stocked with everything we needed, decorated nicely, and was very clean. The location being close to the Adventure Center was perfect for our teens to have some fun activities like hirseback riding and a Segway tour. It was also close to some amazing golf courses and convenient to several great towns to viisit like Boyne City, Harbor Springs and Petoskey. We had a wonderful visit.

Fabulous House and staff

Our overall experience was wonderful! The cabin was adorable, clean and fun! We had issues booking online, I sent an email and was contacted within 10 minutes to solve the problem. We were there the first cold day in Michigan at the end of the summer and the cottage was not fully equipped for a fire. We called and they brought starter logs and lighters for us again within 15-20 minutes. My daughter also left her earrings in the bathroom, we called and they shipped them to us. AMAZING STAFF, lovely cabin and we will be making this an annual trip now!
