Discover the ultimate Northern Michigan retreat in this beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located in the exclusive Edelweiss community. With easy access to the ski hills, breathtaking mountain views, and upscale amenities, this home is perfect for families, groups, or friends looking to relax and recharge year-round. The main level features an open-concept kitchen and living area designed for gathering, whether you're sharing meals or relaxing after a day outdoors. A dining table for five sits just off the kitchen, while the cozy living room offers a big-screen TV and a warm gas fireplace—perfect for unwinding.



Step outside onto one of two back porches and take in the scenic mountain views. The spacious king primary suite is also located on this level, complete with an ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in shower. A convenient half-bath adds extra ease for guests.



Downstairs, a second living area provides additional space to spread out and relax. This level includes three bedrooms—two with king beds and a family-friendly bunk room featuring a twin-over-king setup. Two full bathrooms and a laundry area with a washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable and convenient for everyone.



Enjoy the outdoors year-round with a brand-new hot tub set against a peaceful hillside—an ideal spot to unwind after a day of adventure. Evenings can be spent gathered around the fire pit under the stars.



The garage is fully equipped for all-season fun, featuring a ski rack, boot dryers, and a Level 2 EV charger for added convenience.



This home is pet-friendly (a non-refundable fee applies and may be charged separately for third-party bookings), and for winter travel, 4WD or AWD is recommended.

Beautiful home nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

The home was beautiful and clean. We rented it as it was close to Boyne Mountain Resorts and Boyne City. My daughters wedding was Sommerset Pointe Yacht Club we were close to the venue and the guests staying in the resort. We had time to enjoy the hot tub and plenty of space to relax.

Gorgeous home, Excellent management

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time here. The proximity to Boyne (both the mountain and the town) is wonderful and I can’t say enough about the management team. The house was spotless and well appointed. All of the appliances and furnishings are new and fresh. When I needed a few things, they got them over to me right away! The only note I’d make, while advertised as ski in/ski out, there is a short walk to the path leading to the chairlift and the particular lift closest to the house (Alpine) doesn’t run all the time. The walk was too long for my very young kids to do in ski boots and carry all of our equipment, but would be easy for an adult or older children. Overall, I’d recommend this rental to anyone looking for a weekend away!

Friends Getaway

We had a wonderful stay here, the home was well appointed for 3 couples and 2 toddlers with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub and the close proximity to Boyne. Our hosts were very responsive if we had questions and even went above and beyond to clear snow at the home while we were there. Would definitely stay again!
