Welcome to our Holy Island Getaway!
Our beautiful home is located on Holy Island, just a few miles from the Ironton Ferry and close to Castle Farms. The island offers great privacy, green foliage and is located between Charlevoix and East Jordan, with year-round access.
Upon entering our home, you will be speechless with the expansive views of Lake Charlevoix and our 60' dock. We are truly a Boater's Paradise!
The main level includes an upscale kitchen, a spacious living room, and a kid's guest room with a child's twin bed and an additional twin day bed that expands into a king bed. Not to mention the master suite with a bathroom, and a walkout balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful sunset.
The 2nd level entails a loft style family room with a guest room, featuring a king and queen bed. Heading to the lower level, along with additional King and Queen bedrooms and the 3rd bathroom , you will find a walk out access to the lower patio, or stay inside to enjoy a 22' Shuffleboard Table!
Make sure to take advantage of the 2 kayaks, paddle board and large group inflatables. Or, relax on the beach and play in the sand.
And don't forget to bring the pup! Our home is also pet friendly, with a non-refundable fee. This may need to be charged separately if booked through a 3rd party.
