Welcome to the most desired Lake Charlevoix Estate in Northern Michigan - Lake Charlevoix Retreat, accommodating up to 12 guests.

Our beautifully renovated home has 5 bedrooms and 6 baths. Gorgeous kitchen with quartz counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, two refrigerators and large beautiful large island. Perfect for family meals with a lake view! There are two master suites. The first level master suite boasts beautiful bathroom with large shower and soaking tub. The master suite on the second level has a large bathroom with luxurious shower. Just down the hall there are two bedrooms with queen beds and attached bathrooms. Keep walking down the hallway further and you'll find a large bunk room with 4 sets of bunks. Just before you enter the bunk room you will find a large sitting room with flat screen tv and table to play games. As well as a great "pub room" on the first floor for sitting around watching the big game on the TV.

This home is truly a gorgeous home. The owners have spared no expense. This will certainly be a return vacation destination for many families.

This home is just before the Ironton Ferry, which puts it directly across from the Landings restaurant and a boat and jet ski rental facility.

This home is in a township with strict short term rental occupancy and use restrictions. If you have any questions, please inquire prior to booking

* A dock is available for guests to use but are only able to moor a boat. The boat and jet ski hoists are not available for guest use.

**Please note this property rents on a 7 night minimum basis during the peak season and 3-night minimum in the off season. During the summer months we are not able to offer an early arrival or a late checkout..

Amazing week on the lake.

This is our second year staying at this property and once again we had the best time. The home has tons of space for everyone and was very clean. The beach and swimming area is perfect nice and sandy. We rented a pontoon and a water trampoline for the week and had so much fun. We can't wait for next year!

Three Generation Vacation Getaway

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful house and property. It exceeded my expectations with regard to location, size and amenities. There was plenty of space for us to be together when we wanted and apart when we wanted. The location on a quiet cove with a beach side deck was perfect. The house was spotless and well maintained, and the property manager we worked with was most helpful.

Great home, gorgeous lake!

We had a large group of extended family with several children - this home was great for our large party - everything was clean and new - the dock was great for our boat and we enjoyed the beach area immensely. The lake and the home are gorgeous we would definitely return.

Christmas Break Mini Vacay

The house was amazing! One of the best fully stocked kitchens of any rental we have stayed in. Great views such a pretty setting too. The management company was awesome and responded very quickly to questions, thank you Terri!We had a large group and had plenty of room to spread out. The bunk room worked perfectly too. Location close to Boyne City to eat at the Brew Pub and not far to Boyne Mountain to ski.

Beautiful home with a great location

This home was the perfect place for our multi generation vacation. The property was spotless, the kitchen well stocked, and the beach area is a perfect spot to play in the sand and fish off of the dock. Great family weekend

Weather was snowing and extremely cold. We spent most of our time in the living room and kitchen area by the fireplace. The home was perfect. Absolutely one of our favorite rentals. Home was well supplied. Kids loved the bunk room. We would recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a first class rental.

Beautiful stay on Lake Charlevoix

We had a blast! The house was beautiful and the location spectacular. The house was very clean and functional. Other than a few minor issues such as a door handle and a filtered water faucet in the kitchen everything was in good repair and worked very well for us. We had a group of 14 but due to the size and layout of the house we never felt we were on top of one another. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy Lake Charlevoix.
