Located in the heart of pedestrian-friendly Charlevoix, the downtown condo overlooks Round Lake and the Charlevoix Marina and provides stunning morning sunrise views. Within minutes of the city’s iconic drawbridge and pier, this condo is perfect for guests who want to step out the front door and into the main street action. It provides a convenient home base for exploring boutiques, beaches, bars, dining, festivals, farmer markets, parks, waterfront paths, the bustling marina, and the city’s famous Mushroom Houses — without ever using your car. Located under a popular bar and restaurant, this urban condo embraces the city’s lively morning and evening vibes and is within easy distance to crash after taking in Charlevoix’s social scene car-free.



NOTE: This condo is located under the Bridge St Taproom with hours from 11am to 11pm. Although condo is double insulated to commercial standards, restaurant and building sounds can be heard periodically early morning through late night.



NOTE: After unloading, guests’ cars must be moved to free city parking lots nearby.
