Welcome to our Secluded Harbor Springs Condo #39 - Nestled between the Kalman Nature Preserve and Menonaqua Woods Nature Preserve, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Harbor Cove condo feels secluded.

Now accepting reservations for our Summer 2024 Season.

Our condo is the perfect place for someone looking to enjoy four seasons of fun with its close proximity to shops, restaurants, top-rated golf courses and ski resorts.

When you first walk in, you are welcomed by an ample foyer, and the master bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is an open concept living area with a full kitchen, large family room with wood burning fireplace, and private deck off the dining area. The high ceiling makes the room feel large and extra inviting. There is also a loft with a twin bed and trundle twin bed allowing for three to sleep there. On the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. One bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and the other has a queen bed. Both of these bedrooms have a large window, which lets in lots of sunlight.

Within a 5-minute walk of the condo, there is a private beach on Little Traverse Bay with beach house, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pool, a play area for kids, and walking and snowshoeing trails. Plus, you’re less than 20 minutes away from downtown Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Boyne Highlands Resort, Nubs Knob Ski Resort, and much more.



Update: As of March 2024, the Harbor Cove Association is planning a Grand Opening for the new Community Center and both the indoor and outdoor pools on May 25, 2024.

Beautiful Location, Super Clean

The unit is clean and tidy. The bunk room is wonderful for children. The management team is unbelievably responsive, and addressed every little need. Some of the furniture is not functional and needs to be replaced (dresser in bunk room, wobbly dining chairs). The patio furniture is very lightweight plastic and not very comfortable -- it would improve the renters experience if there were nice chairs to make it more inviting. Would also be nice if there were beach towels to use (There are 2 in a condo that sleeps many people).

Excellent for Family

Overall we were very pleased with the condo. It was clean and very accommodating for our entire family. The fact that the beach was so close was great for Grandkids. Our only negative issue is that we were not aware that the pools were closed until just prior to our visit, when it was too late to make other arrangements. I feel that someone should have warned us months ago, or at the very least, discounted the price since one of the primary amenities was not available during our stay.

The description states: "POOL NOTICE: The Harbor Cove Community Center sustained a devastating, complete loss due to fire on 2.11.22. The Community center housed the pool and hot tub as well as association offices. Rebuilding started in November 2022 with a tentative grand opening of 1/2024. Unfortunately there are no alternative pools/hot tubs in the area. Also until construction is complete there is no overflow parking at the community center." Great place for ski getaway

Was so convenient to the ski hill. It was easy to check in with the lock box for the key. The pool clubhouse was very close and kids enjoyed it. We liked the sauna and hottub. The condo unit was perfect for us. Plenty of seating and couches for everyone. The unit was clean and had a few extra amenities to help us meal prep.

Great ski rental

We stayed with our family of six for a 4 day ski outing. The condo accommodated us nicely, we ate some meals in and some out. The location was great, 10 minutes to both Nub’s Nob and Boyne Highlands, plus close to some hiking trails and Petosky and Harbor Springs, for restaurants or shopping.

Boyne Highlands Stay for NYE Ski Weekend

This home was nicely appointed and we had more than adequate space for our two families who stayed there.The location of the condo is a quick drive to Boyne Highlands, downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Lauren from Northern Escapes ensured we easily got into our condo and was extremely helpful!

Convenient and Functional

The Harbor Cove condo was conveniently located for us, as we wanted to be near other family members. It is 3 miles to downtown Harbor Springs and we enjoyed biking there a couple of times. The private beach access is a great feature, (though we didn't use it). The condo has lots of beds! There are beds for up to 11 guests, which is really nice, but only 2 bathrooms and one bath is a very small ensuite so really up to 9 other guests would share the second bath. Not ideal but certainly doable. The condo was clean and generally well maintained. I sent a few suggestions for minor repairs and maintenance, but overall it was what we expected. The property management staff were accessible and friendly too!
