This stunning, new-construction home is perfectly situated in the gated Edelweiss Club community at Boyne Mountain. Overlooking the first hole of the Monument Golf Course and just a short walk along a scenic path to the Alpine chairlift, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests.

We had a group of 8 adults and 8 kids, ages 3 to 8 and this house was wonderful for us. The location is great and it is beautiful, spacious, and clean; exactly as described on the listing. We had ample room for everyone to be comfortable and lots of play and lounge space for the kids. The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying a bonfire and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was a great location to experience the Skybridge, Boyne City farmers market and even make a day trip to the beach in Petoskey. Boyne Valley Vineyards is also close and a great stop, with ample space for kids to enjoy outside.Management handled all of our questions promptly and politely. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family in the future.

Amazing house for a group trip

We loved spending a girls weekend here! It was comfortable but everything was nice and new. There was plenty of space for our group of 11 and the bunk beds were bigger and more comfortable than expected. However, we were not told if we could check in early until hours before our set check in time so it made coordinating arrivals difficult. Also, we were informed upon arrival that the dishwasher didn't work, so that made cooking with 11 people more of a process. Overall, the house was perfect for what we needed and we had a great time.

Family time

Any time spent with my family is a blessing. House accommodation worked out fine. Family of 8 adults 2 infants 4 kids under 8. My only concern is we could not get any heat in the basement bedrooms. Luckily kids didn’t mind and 2 adults liked it cold. It was cold!! We closed upstairs vents but that didn’t help. We have rented Salbach house before which is bigger but family agrees we would do Summit again. You could walk to the sky bridge which makes for a nice winter stroll!

Brand new beautiful getaway

The place was newly remodeled and accommodated our huge group perfectly. Management was super helpful and dropped of a pack and play and high chair for us. We will likely be coming back.

Almost Perfect

This is a wonderful vacation home, perfect for a large group skiing at Boyne. It's beautifully decorated and is stocked with everything you need! In fact, it's the second year we have stayed here. My only negative comments: 1) the sofa is terribly uncomfortable and 2) the downstairs bedrooms/bath are really cold. If these two things could be rectified, it would definitely be a perfect rental!

Summit Estate Review

Summit Estate was very nice, although the "common space" was small for a home with this many bedrooms. Also, there was only one common space with nothing in the basement. It wasn't ski in/out. There was walking required. Not horrible, but important to note for Edelwiess.

Gorgeous, Newer Home, Comfortable Beds, Well Stocked Kitchen

We woulds stay here again in a heartbeat. The home is beautiful. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels fresh and white, amazing hot tub, comfortable living room furnishings. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. I would suggest adding a crockpot and Keurig. The bunk bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms is too close to the ceiling for comfort on top, but everything else is amazing.

Perfect location for ski weekend

We had a wonderful weekend at the Summit Estate! Very stylish and cozy furnishings. Our party of 18 had plenty of room to spread out. Perfect ski in/out location to give max flexibility to a large group (and boot dryers in garage!) We made dinner every night in the well-appointed kitchen...lots of room for people to help chop or linger over a glass of wine. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Beautiful, clean, spacious house

Our stay at this rental was incredible! We walked in to such a beautiful house that was cozy but modern. We loved the style and look of the whole house so much that we couldn't even come to an agreement on how to split bedrooms. We have rented many different houses in the last two years for trips in Michigan and different states and this was the cleanest house we have ever been in. One of my friends staying with us made a comment that whenever she wore white socks in rentals, the bottoms would end up brown by the end of the day, but her socks stayed perfectly white until we went to bed. If that doesn't say something about the cleanliness of the house, I don't know what will! The couch in the main living room was SO incredibly comfortable, and along with the warm fireplace, it was the perfect lounging place for us at the end of a long day in the snow. There was plenty of room and chairs for our group of 18 to still enjoy each other's company.The kitchen was also great for us since we cooked almost every meal! They had everything we could have needed and plenty of space for us to use. It was also completely spotless.There were also TWO laundry rooms which is very unexpected for a rental place! But it was extremely helpful for a group as large as ours; that was really appreciated by everyone.The GARAGE, was MADE for snowboarders and skiers! We walked in to find a bench that we could sit on to remove our boots and racks to put our snowboards on or anything else we needed to hang. That was very unexpected also but super helpful for everyone.The property management company was helpful when we needed assistance, and check-in and check-out was super quick and simple. Little to no hassle at all.I could go on about how much we loved this house, but to sum up, it was an absolutely beautiful and comfortable place to stay, perfect for skiers and snowboarders. Genuinely, the only thing we regret is not renting

This home was perfect for our family gathering! The layout was perfect and the finishings are lovely. Loved the screened in porch and the fire pit. Everything about this home is top notch! Family Vaca

We had a great time, the house was wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the area. I'm glad the roads were good as the drive could be scary on icy roads. We found the beds uncomfortable and the sheets not great. The kitchen was great and we had our groceries delivered and they put everything anyway so nicely! Location was ski in ski out which our crew enjoyed. Overall it was a great house and fun place for our large family vacation. Thanks
