This cozy mountain retreat from the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept layout that offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind. The fully equipped, high end appliance kitchen is ready for preparing delicious meals and unforgettable memories. The large living and dining areas features vaulted ceilings and stunning views of the backyard.
On the main level, you’ll find three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Head downstairs to discover two additional bedrooms, one full bathroom. You will also find the downstairs family room supplied with all you need to do an indoor family game night. Enjoy Pingpong, shuffleboard, basketball shootout competitions or a quiet board game or puzzle. Outside you will find an oversized patio sets the stage for starlit evenings, complete with a hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor dining space.
Guests staying at Innsbruck Retreat are welcome to drive 0.4 miles to Kitz Cabin to park for the day which offers ski-in/ski-out access to Super Bowl, Escape and Cold Springs runs. This is a private ski lodge for Reserve owners and while guests do not have access to the ski lodge they are welcome to park and ski without fighting the masses at the base of the mountain.

The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
*4WD or AWD are highly recommended to access this property during winter/snowy months.
**Our home is located in the Reserve at Boyne Mountain. All guests are required to follow the HOA rules.
*** Please note that this property utilizes a chairlift with a lift schedule that is subject to change. We encourage you to access the Boyne Mountain website for lift schedule as units are not always ski-in/ski-out.
