Rob Gibbs

Rob is a Boyne City native and manages our maintenance team. Rob brings a tremendous amount of skill to our company as he was a professional drywaller and painter for twenty years and managed the maintenance functions for a large assisted living complex locally. Rob is married to Renee, one of our Portfolio Asset Managers, and they have two wonderful boys.  When not working on Renee’s many to-do lists, Rob can be found hiking or looking for Morel Mushrooms on many of the great trails in the area. Rob also enjoys a relaxing paddle in the local lakes and rivers while casting a line fishing.
