Beautiful Three Bedroom home that features a gas fireplace, private wifi, and is walking distance to the slopes! The master bedroom features a King bed while the second bedroom features two queens. Get the benefit of a bonus third bedroom located in the loft, that has two bunk bed sets - each with a twin over queen layout. This layout gives you space for up to 12 guests to sleep comfortably and still have plenty of space to spread out and find some quiet time! Whether nestled up in front of the gas fireplace, or enjoying the great outdoors surrounding you, your comforts will be met and memories will be made!

The Area:

Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

Winter Getaway

Overall, great experience. This is third year in a row we have rented this unit for our kids Winter break. Managment communicated well. Unit was clean without any major issues. Best is location to slopes. Less than 5 min walk or ski to ski school drop off. Would recommend again.

Wonderful vacation stay

We arrived for a weeks stay in this beautiful condo. The pictures are just like what’s shown online. I rented this condo as it had bedrooms & beds galore. Three bathrooms getting ready for my grand daughter’s wedding was a blessing. No overcrowding at all. Yes it does sleep 12 but at any one time we only had 5 people staying in this rental. The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and did I mention how clean this condo was? Well my room mates can be very judge mental when it comes to cleanliness and it passed their inspection. Would I recommend this rental? You bet I would. It filled the bill for my family and friend that visited us. Plenty of room, near everything at Boyne Resorts. Very near Boyne City, Charlevoix, Petoskey and easy roads to drive. Very lovely country, time to relax and see the sights.

Winter Vacation Boyne

Overall, great experience. We stayed there for winter break with two families. Management company was organized and attentive. Place was clean with good location. About 100 yard walk to Boyneland run/ski school. Boyne shuttle is available also which we used when we went tubing.

Spacious home on the slopes!

We had a lovely time staying here for Thanksgiving! The beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and the 3 bathrooms were spacious! The ski lift is just a 5 min walk from your door.

Ski-in-ski out weekend!

We had a great time at 628. The unit is wonderfully maintained and cared for. I brought a casserole pan for an egg dish, although it wasn't needed, as the kitchen was well appointed and had a good variety of pots and pans. The couch was very clean and comfy. The location is very convenient and just a short walk to the main chairlift and the center of Boyne Mountain. We hope to rent the unit again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and in an excellent location. We stayed here during the summer for a week and had a blast. The property manager, Renee was excellent and responded promptly whenever we had any questions. Looking forward to coming back and can't wait to try it in the winter time skiing.

Great Condo!!

We loved 628, much better than the last condo we rented in Disciples Village! Very clean, modern & functional! We love the easy access to the Boyne Mt. village for activities and the amenity of having a washer and dryer! One thing we wish was different was the door to the back deck...we wish there were blinds on that door for privacy, as it is directly facing a parking lot and many people are walking/driving by, etc. The other thing we'd love to see change before we book again next summer is a replacement vacuum. The current vacuum has minimal suction...we attempted several times to vacuum and it only halfway sucked up crumbs and even spit some back out. This requires attention and replacement FYI. We ended up having to sweep as the vacuum was simply not functional. Otherwise this was a fabulous stay and we will stay again!

Great choice

My family loved this rental, both location and upkeep. It was extremely clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen sink faucet needs help. Other than that, it was perfect. High recommend.
