Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a whirlpool tub, a private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Dish Network HD Programming, and free Wi-Fi access.



Our condo features a King bed with a twin. We have 2 sofa sleepers in the living room to accommodate additional guests.



The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely. Older women still take girlfriend getaways

Unit was exactly as described. The traffic in Traverse City is heavy at all times, so I appreciated The Beaches driveway is at a traffic signal. Much easier to pull into, or cross, the traffic. Loved being right on the beach & hearing it. Unit was very clean, unfortunately the dishwasher was not operable at the time we visited. I'm neutral regarding recommending this particular property to friends/family, as it was a drive out from the downtown area & there are tons of other places available that may suit anyone better. This unit was nice & suited us 3 mature women fine.

Excellent Place to Stay

This was our second time staying at the Beach Condos and we will be back again next year. The condos are clean, well kept, comfortable, and affordable. Plus the staff is great to deal with and it's just steps to the bay. There is a beautiful view of the bay, and with the seagulls and ducks, it's just perfect.

Room needs updating in bathroom. Sink was terrible. Shower was too small. Wall vent needed cleaning. New paint needed in bedroom.

The bad...Our socks turned brown within the first hour as the floors/rugs were not cleaned sufficiently. Kitchen sink had a brown film which came out easily when we cleaned it ourselves. Also, there was a kitchen sink drainage issue as soap suds were coming up on the left side of the sink when we used the right side. Screen door needs repaired/greased as it was unusable during our entire stay. The tile grout is deteriorating by the back sliding door. Finally, the bushes by the back patio needs trimmed to open the walkway to the beach.The good...Proximity to the beach was amazing...literally 4 steps from the back patio. Beach was combed daily. Having an outdoor pool was awesome. Pool was always clean. The complex grounds were clean and up-kept. Parking was easy and accessible. Proximity to restaurants and downtown Traverse City was convenient.In summary, the condo itself needs a little love and care. We would recommend the Beach Condominums, however, pick a different unit.

Best beach front condo Motel in TC

This place has aways been our favorite. We have stayed here so many times since 1998. Good staff. Handled Covid 19 and made us feel safe. I only recommend the place period.

Great Location!

We have stayed at various condos in the Beach Condos before and it's one of the best locations. Everything was nice and the kitchen was well-stocked but a few things to address would be the uncomfortable pillows (bring your own!), the cable is spotty but you can sign in to your netflix if you want to watch a movie and there is a loud banging when the unit above is using alot of water (likely a loose pipe that is banging on another). The pipe needs to be fixed because it's very loud and lasts a long time.Not major issues and it didn't hinder us from having a lovely time!

Beautiful View

Perfect location to downtown and wineries . Great Bay views from living room and deck . Condo has all you need for a nice getaway . Some minor paint touch ups and a few repairs would make this condo awesome .

Annual visit

We have stayed the last four years for our fall vacation in the Beach Condo Hotel, this year will be the last unless they improve the condos, they need major updates asap. Suggested updates include replacing the refrigerator seal there as a large gap at the top and it would not stay cold, the bath shower control and shower head should be replaced, the dishwasher is missing a roller on the basket so it fall out when you try to load it, the tv in the bedroom did not work the entire trip and the one in the living room came and went with reception, the screen door would come off track anytime you tried to use it, the unit needs to be cleaned it smelled musky. The staff was very professional and we love being on the water however we will need to find another location unless the owner does updates, they should update the entire bathroom and take out the jetted tub and replace with a smaller soaking tub.We really hope that improvements can be made soon!
