Enjoy 250' of gorgeous sugar sand frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay in Beach Condominium unit 214. Our condo features a King Bed with a Sofa Sleeper, perfect for your guests.



Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, standup shower, private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Spectrum TV service and free Wi-Fi access.



The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely. A very nice condo but needs some upgrades!

When we first arrived in unit 214, the blind that was by the dining table was broken and the air conditioner was making a very horrible loud noise! I immediately called Autumn, the property manger who is absolutely fantastic, and she called the maintenance man to install a new blind and the air conditioner repairman. . The next day a new blind had been installed and the air conditioner fixed! We really like this unit as the kitchen and bathroom have been nicely remodeled and the balcony overlooks Grand Traverse Bay. However, the owners of this condo definitely needs to replace the very uncomfortable sofa, wonky dining table, and straggly looking area rug! We plan on staying in unit 214 next year.

Very clean and modern interior

This unit was very clean and modern. Layout was nice for us and our daughter. The exterior (street side) could’ve been a little better maintained, but the beach and beachside were well maintained. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great Condo!

This was a great experience! My room was switched however very comparable to the original. It was extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. Housekeeping was very responsive. And the view was amazing!!!

Comfortable Condo with Fantastic View

The condo overlooked Lake Michigan. The location was great and the condo was very comfortable. Although the email confirming my reservation said I'd be sent the door code before 4 PM, when my plane landed at 6 PM, there was no message. A call to Michigan Escapes was answered and they promptly texted the door code.Although the condo was great, there were a few minor things that would've made it better:When we arrived, the first thing my wife wanted to do was hang up her clothes to remove wrinkles, but we found no (zero) hangers in the closet.We were staying there for a week and had to empty the garbage several times, but there were no additional garbage bags in the kitchen.The condo supplied one tiny bar of bath soap, totally insufficient for two people staying for a week.The hardwood floors could've been swept/mopped better. I found the first night after walking in bare feet to the living room to turn off the lights that I had to brush off the bottom of my feet before getting into bed. But, all in all, the condo was clean and well equipped. The coffeemaker worked well (an essential requirement). The kitchen was well stocked with essential plates, glasses, utensils, etc. And the location, right on the beach, was amazing.

Anniversary Getaway

My wife and stayed at the property for a weekend celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. The property was clean and as described. The view was awesome. The location was close to bars, restaurants, and shopping. The beach was clean and a nice plus. My only complaints were the pool itself was dirty and the jets for the hot tub were very week/not functional.

Great Get a Way

We had a pleasant stay. Accommodations were up to date and clean with the exception of the floors. They appeared clean but our feet and socks were filthy. Highly recommend a steam cleaning. Also, the pool was only open 1 day during our stay.

One of the best places to stay in Traverse City!

The condo was really lovely and clean and right on Grand Traverse Bay. There is a lot of beach but not crowded at all. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked this condo for next year! We highly recommend this beautiful condo as one of the top places to stay!

Traverse City Condo’s

The Beach Condominium’s are in a good location with a nice private beach. The units I rented were nice, one needed a shower update but overall a nice experience.

The location of this rental couldn't have been better. Sitting right on the beach, close to downtown Traverse City. Although on a busy road, you could not hear it from the condo itself nor the beach.

Great location, just a short drive to many activities. Loved no key entry and no contact. It was below zero temps but we were warm and cozy. Would stay here again. Clean place with the basics.

Smooth process and comfortable stay

The check-in and check-out was simple. The condo was exactly what we expected. The only negative is the traffic noise but we brought a small fan and used that to muffle the noise at night.

Home Away From Home

This is our fourteenth consecutive year staying at the Beach Condominiums. We rent 3 condos for our multi-generational family. We have seen changes in management and many housekeeping staff changes. We always request that no scented products such as Fabreze or plug-ins or scented laundry detergents be used. Housekeeping accommodated this request this year and we are grateful. All staff was polite, respectful and friendly. I will continue to recommend the Beach Condominiums to family and friends.

Beachfront Condo

The condo we stayed in outside of Traverse City was beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, it overlooked the water, which was beautiful. It is across the street from the bike path that connects you to multiple trails. My husband and I loved it.
