This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located just 4.4 miles from downtown Harbor Springs, 4.8 miles to Nub's Nob and 5.4 miles to Boyne Highlands. This means dining, shopping, a movie theater, golf and winter sports are just minutes away. This unit has a split level entry and may not be suitable for those who can’t navigate stairs, nor is it wheelchair accessible.
Harbor Cove features an indoor pool and hiking/cross country ski trails. Downtown Petoskey is just a 20 minute drive.

POOL NOTICE: The Harbor Cove Community Center sustained a devastating, complete loss due to fire on 2.11.22. The Community center housed the pool and hot tub as well as association offices. Rebuilding started in November 2022 with a tentative grand opening of 1/2024. Unfortunately there are no alternative pools/hot tubs in the area. Also until construction is complete there is no overflow parking at the community center.
