Third Shift Front Desk Associate

Your Future Career

We are looking for a mature, hardworking, and professional individual who is friendly and customer service oriented. While serving in this role, your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as an industry professional with punctual, friendly, and responsible customer service to both guests and owners during the evening hours
  • Provide written and verbal correspondence to upcoming and in-house guests in-person, via email and over the phone
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office and lobby area
  • Manage linens including washing, drying, folding and stacking/organizing
  • Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies, amenities and services
  • Process reservation payments from guests
  • Create, modify and cancel reservations on computerized reservation system
  • Provide consistent documentation and communication to Manager(s)

What We’re Looking For


  • Ideal Experience:1 year of front desk experience

Essential Functions


  • Candidate must be able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
  • Candidate must be able to multitask with accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to follow directions thoroughly
  • Candidate must possess strong time management skills and have a high attention to detail
  • Candidates must communicate effectively with teammates, guests and associates

Physical Requirements


  • Ability to walk, bend, stand, sit, lift up to 20 pounds with or without assistance, stretch/reach, hear, see, have functional hand/finger dexterity and navigate stairs.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions in accordance with applicable laws.


  • Candidate must be available for evening hours during both the week and weekends including holidays
  • Candidate will be expected to perform the duties required by the role and devote all reasonable efforts to ensure the role is adequately performed.
