NEW! The Spa at Boyne Mountain is excited to introduce BEMER Therapy, their newest service. This innovative technique, which is used by both Olympic and professional athletes, can boost blood flow and speed up healing in as little as 8 minutes! Yes. That’s how good it is.
BEMER stands for Bio-Electromagnetic Energy Regulation and is a game-changing advancement in preventative medicine. It is a therapy that aims to increase blood vessel circulation by assisting the body’s natural healing processes. This proprietary technique helps our bodies repair and recover more quickly by reducing the negative impacts of stress, weariness, and poor circulation.
The BEMER gadget not only improves blood flow in your big veins, which is beneficial to your heart, but it also improves blood flow in your micro-vessels. What is the significance of this? Because the micro-vessels are responsible for supplying nutrients to the remainder of your cells. You feel invigorated when your body is operating at its best on a cellular level.
For the best results, what is the recommended treatment schedule? BEMER, like most health regimes, gets better with repeated use. We recommend beginning with a heavier weekly schedule and gradually decreasing the frequency as you achieve your wellness goals. Everyone’s recommended frequency will vary depending on their overall goals and wellness.
What will my appointment entail?
Each appointment lasts 30 minutes, giving you ample opportunity to become familiar with the BEMER mat and treatment procedure, as well as numerous mat placements. A therapy session is 8 minutes long.
