How do you go about collecting rent? Rent collection—without rent, there is no profit. The first of the month is rent due, and the fifth is late. Unless you specify differently, the eviction procedure will begin on the 7th. We make paying easy for your tenants by offering five payment options, including MasterCard, Visa, and auto-draft.
